Marcello was very professional and well dressed. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed and how to respond if necessary. Thank you Marcello
Just found out from the technician that Terminx won’t replace termite damaged wood because they considered the outdoor wooden staircase “water damaged” and they won’t replace any damaged wood if they’ve already treated it for termites. I have live active termites crawling on the staircase and showed the technician.
