Super nice, polite and communicative from one day before. He was efficient and explained step by step so I would understand and educated me through my process. There always a window of time (2hrs usually) but he let me know when he got closer to my time when he would arrive. This help to plan my drop off times and not feel rushed.

Saul notified me in advance when he is coming for our regular service with a 2 hour window and ask if we have any concerns. He was punctual and professional and gave me some suggestions on my concerns (raccoons eating our grapes) and what our services includes.

We have had great service with Terminix. Wayne our technician always calls the day before we are scheduled to be serviced and he arrives within the time slot we were given. He checks to see if we are experiencing any new problems or need any added areas treated. We would recommend Terminix for their service as well.as their very reasonable prices.

Have obtained Terminex services for protection of my home from various pests, and so far my home is pest-free!
The periodic service around my home has greatly minimized any insects inside my home. Of course, an occasional spider will find its way inside but no infestations of ants or other insects have occurred.
