Great service by Felipe Mercado with Terminix. Explained what he was doing and why.
Representative inspection was very detailed and explained in common terms the next steps. He was very nice and professional.
Super nice, polite and communicative from one day before. He was efficient and explained step by step so I would understand and educated me through my process. There always a window of time (2hrs usually) but he let me know when he got closer to my time when he would arrive. This help to plan my drop off times and not feel rushed.
George Garcia did a stellar job checking and replacing my bait stations. George is very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of his work. Thank you!
I called to have a termite inspection because I found termites on my window sill in my bedroom. The termites were falling into my bed! A man came and “found the problem”. After a 2400$ plan, I was assured the termites were taken care of. Within days they were back. I washed, cleaned and vacuumed. The company told…
Awesome professional and friendly service.
Just found out from the technician that Terminx won’t replace termite damaged wood because they considered the outdoor wooden staircase “water damaged” and they won’t replace any damaged wood if they’ve already treated it for termites. I have live active termites crawling on the staircase and showed the technician.
Felipe Mercado was great to work with. He helped us navigate through a series of required repairs, treatments, and inspections prior to the sale of our home. He was friendly, responsive, and addressed all of our concerns. Would highly recommend!
Felipe Mercado went above and beyond when servicing my property. He was very communicative and responsive with my requests…was a pleasure to work!
My technician Mike Boone is terrific about keeping me informed about his schedule and promptly reporting his findings. He's also been super responsive when we've needed extra service
Felipe Mercado is an absolute gem. He made my elderly mother feel safe and taken care of. He explained everything so clearly. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone.
Felipe was knowledgeable, thorough, and very respectful. He performed a call space inspection for termite activity which Terminix has not done for a few years. Very pleased and I hope Felipe performs our annual inspections for many years to come.
Juan was very knowledgeable and took time to explain tenting steps etc. We really appreciated his help.
Juan Del Obre, Terminix State Licensed Inspector, completed a thorough inspection of our home, both on the exterior as well as on the interior. He was professional, friendly, and described in detail any findings and/or recommendations he had for us.
We were clients for years and then left hanging after a contractor damaged the tiles on our roof. Don't recommend them they never call back not even the headquarters office, they make promises and never keep them. Had to hire another company to do work they missed.it cost us over $ 2,000. This doesn't include the…
Brent is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Brent 😊
They took out old bait stations on the ground and placed newer ones. Very cooperative and helpful. They explained what they were doing in a pleasant manner. Likeable staff.
Caleb Castellan did a great job helping my husband David with his rental property.
Was a great experience and Felipe provided very knowledgeable insight into our situation
I tried two other companies before changing to Terminex. Every technician and support staff are 5 star. Most contact has been with David and Juan but they just set the standard the company follows.
Always a five star experience
Anthony was on time, efficient and wise.
I have been consistently pleased with the staff of Terminix.
They never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I explained to Terminix that I was taking off work to be there for the two-hour scheduled appointment. Frustrated that they did not even call to cancel or let me know if they were late.
Luigi did a thorough inspection. He resolved an issue that was outstanding for a year and scheduled the follow up before he left the property.
Everything went according to plan. Arrived on time, very respectful and professional, got to work quickly and expertly "tented" our 2-story home. Ahead of time I was a bit concerned re our electric solar panels and water heating solar panels, but no issues. Very meticulous and focused on not damaging anything. A few…
I am satisfied on how the process goes and what I need to know about my safety
We have had such a wonderful experience with Caleb at the Pacific Highway , San Diego- Terminix. He is very professional, friendly and informative when he comes to the house. It is nice to have someone we fully trust regarding our pest related needs and the pricing is very fair, which is nice also. Caleb is super…
A very nice man. He answer all of my question
Every technician that has come to my home have been very professional, attentive, and caring about my issues. All were knowledgeable when I had questions or concerns. Very happy with the service.
Great customer service!
Spent nearly $5,000 for fumigation and attic insulation replacement (850 square foot house). A few small things were damaged around the house (very minor). I’m having my floors refinished and the contractor noticed termites, but since it’s 9 days passed the 30 days they won’t cover any further treatment. Per them I…
Easy to work with
Termite Inspector Jessie is the epitome of a exceptional termite inspector. She was knowledgeable, professional, timely and a great communicator. In which made this process a breeze. For public knowledge and information in this field of business to the general public is minimal. Thank you for making this experience pleasant!
Thank you very much
Anthony got here on time. He was very polite and explained everything to me. He also gave advise to install door swipes in the external garage door to prevent mice... Thank you for the good service.
The inspection was done by Filipe and he did show up on time. He check every corner of the house to make sure there wasn't any activities of termites. thank you
Love our service guy! Super professional and outgoing along with being very thorough. Very pleased with Terminix.
Painful, but cancelled my account due to suspect sales tactics. Customer since 2018. The field technicians are great, but they price gouge you on additional services. 300 to treat a storage shed for bees, when the orginal qoute was for 200. Then when I decide too look else where, they offer to check with management…
I have been pleased with the service from Terminex.
