Representative inspection was very detailed and explained in common terms the next steps. He was very nice and professional.
Super nice, polite and communicative from one day before. He was efficient and explained step by step so I would understand and educated me through my process. There always a window of time (2hrs usually) but he let me know when he got closer to my time when he would arrive. This help to plan my drop off times and not feel rushed.

Awesome professional and friendly service.
Just found out from the technician that Terminx won’t replace termite damaged wood because they considered the outdoor wooden staircase “water damaged” and they won’t replace any damaged wood if they’ve already treated it for termites. I have live active termites crawling on the staircase and showed the technician.

They never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I explained to Terminix that I was taking off work to be there for the two-hour scheduled appointment. Frustrated that they did not even call to cancel or let me know if they were late.
