Great service by Felipe Mercado with Terminix. Explained what he was doing and why.
Super nice, polite and communicative from one day before. He was efficient and explained step by step so I would understand and educated me through my process. There always a window of time (2hrs usually) but he let me know when he got closer to my time when he would arrive. This help to plan my drop off times and not feel rushed.

Easy to work with
Did inspection and programed a Termite extermination. Additional to that I was supposed to get a quotation for a Termite Control by email and never received it. I also introduced my neighbor to program a Termite inspection and she never had a call back from Teminix. Terminix has not contacted me after the termite extermination. Hope we are termite free.
