From the start Lance was easy to talk to and understood what I needed to take care of my issues. As an Airbnb owner I needed specific advice and guidance. Lance was awesome. My service technicians were prompt and very professional. Lance is an expert! Thank you Terminix and Lance!!!

We have just started pest control services with Terminix after using another service for several years. Our experience so far has been excellent. We have been very pleased with the service we have received from all of the Terminix people that we have worked with and look forward to continuing to use their services.
Justin called me shortly before arrival to let me know he was on his way. I appreciated that. I mentioned to him how my regular Tech just spritz sprays and not like previous techs that would spray entire baseboards. He explained to me thoroughly the correct process. Justin was very thorough.
James always does a thorough job, especially clearing the webs under the eaves. 👍🏼👍🏼
Terminix employee, Millard Grant came to my home on 01/15/2926. He was very professional, courteous and answer all my questions. He deserves a 10+. He exterminated thoroughly and advised me when he was done. He was very considerate of the animal next door. Great Job!!!
Danny was great and very thorough. It’s nice to have a tech go above and beyond!
My technician Marshall Barrett was great. He arrived 20 minutes early and was very professional. He was able to answer and questions that had. He was proficient in every way. I would recommend Terminix to my friends and family.

Called today to change the service we’ve had for the past three years. Needed more treatment of the yard as the pests this spring seem to be more plentiful!! He communicates well about the service and has an extensive knowledge about what he does. We would recommend anyone to Terminix and if they’re lucky, they just might get Justin as their technician.
Tech, Joey, is absolutely amazing. Does the job and handles any concerns. Very good with customers. Don't want anyone else!
My technician James Toman always arrives exactly on time the date of service is available any time we need follow up service! His is highly skilled at his job and remains calm and understanding during some of the not so fun rodant issues !!! Best tech in the 23455
Ray was my tech for today he was very professional. Took time to make sure he listens to my concerns. He was also teaching a new tech and didn’t let that affect his performance. I am very pleased with his services. He did an outstanding good.
I decided to leave a review because I've been having issue after issue, and Terminix is readily to assist me when in need. Prior to Teminix, an independent small business came out and treated my home for termites. Months later, I still had termites, so I called a few local companies. Terminix had a better and more…
We have been Terminix customers for years, because their service works! For today's service call I had the pleasure of meeting Victor. He was very professional and courteous throughout his visit and patient at answering my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the various pests that affect our home life. In…
Victor was very thorough! He made sure to not miss any spots. Always on time and quick to schedule resprays when necessary. Highly recommended for all your pest control needs.
I was considering ending services because my former technician would not listen to me " the customer ". The former technician informed me that I was delusional about my pest issues, when I saw droppings. I was given a new technician " Joey ". Joey listened and resolved the issues. I am currently pest free. Thank you Joey for GREAT SERVICE!
Danny was a superb inspector. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen. Suave was my exterminator, he spent extra time to make sure the house was well covered, as I had a spider emergency, and came out last minute - adding to his…
James Toman Very nice, makes sure you understand everything that is being done Great conversationalist 😅
The manager told me he would come this past Monday to check our attic since the exterminator said he saw rat droppings in our attic. The manager never showed up and didn't bother to call or anything. My family and I waited around for an hour past the time he said he would show up. It was very rude and inconsiderate.…
Excellent service, Christopher R., our tech, is excellent at his job.
Joey was great, very personable, friendly and did a great job.
Been with Terminix for years. Recently moved to a new house and carried over our plan from the old house to the new house (cheaper than starting a new policy). Our new technician Dave Caldwell is even better than our last technician. Dave always has a great disposition and is gracious with his time and knowledge.…
Keith S was very professional and I was very happy with his customer service skills as well as my home treatment.
Josh was awesome. He was professional, yet compassionate to help me get my house treated before the winter. I'm thankful he was my representative and glad to be apart of the Terminix family. Update January 2022. Since becoming a customer my customer service has been horrible. I paid thousands of dollars to have my…

He was so professional! Thanks so much Keith!
I was happy. The guy was alsome kind sweet
DONT!! worst customer service ever. I saw the rating stars and I'm not even sure how. Don't do it. Customer service reps are rude and gave me false information about my appointment day and time and when I called to inquire was put on hold until another rep answered 15 minutes later. Wow. Save your time and money and…
Keith during his visit was a very professional and knowledgeable technician. Went through each step with homeowner about the product and process of the treatments. Would recommend terminex because of reliable technicians like Keith.
This is the second time I used Terminix and I'm still impressed.
We have been blown away by the customer service. Danny is wonderful and responds so quickly. He takes the time to break down your service so you know exactly what they are doing. The scheduling is easy and quick. Very impressed by everyone we’ve dealt with so far.
From the initial meeting with the rep to the technician who treated the inside and outside of the house, the service was professional, efficient and timely.

Pest control service is what was performed by the Terminix rep. Did his usual thorough job as far as I could tell. Pleasant attitude, as always.

Terminix has been servicing my home for over twenty years and I have been thoroughly satisfied. The technicians are very professional and courteous.
Dave, our technician is professional, courteous, and friendly. He does a great job keeping our home free of termites and pests.
Our service representative is always timely and so personable. He gets the work and inspection done quietly and quickly and always remembers about our dogs and is careful to shut the gate and remind us to wait an hour before letting the dogs out after spraying. We really appreciate his service and kindness.
Trustworthy company I will always count on.
James came promptly, explained the process well and was respectful in my home.
Our technician has always taken good care of us. He is knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs. I live in Virginia Beach where there is no shortage of bugs and rodents that want a place to stay for the night.
