From the start Lance was easy to talk to and understood what I needed to take care of my issues. As an Airbnb owner I needed specific advice and guidance. Lance was awesome. My service technicians were prompt and very professional. Lance is an expert! Thank you Terminix and Lance!!!

The technician that can to my house Liam Wallace, was professional and courteous. Eager to help me solve my problems.

I’m glad to have a dedicated tech, James in my case, that takes care of any house insects or rodent concern. He is a very professional and attention to detail tech. I had termite baits installed as well as the crawl space encapsulation with a dehumidifier. Everything has been working like it should.

James is so responsive! He has always shown up early to every appointment. He addressed every concern I have in under 30 minutes. 10/10 would use him as my exterminator again. Thank you!

My tech james was very informative , knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything . He was on time and courteous.

Every couple of months the same fella has been coming for about a year, and my wife and I have really enjoyed working with him. He's been very helpful - knowledgeable and informative while reviewing and discussing issues inside our house and outside. Today involved spiders and gnats, in the past it was mice and…

James is awesome as ever he’s been my constant insect sprayer and has gotten to know the whole fam- even pets. He is super fast, nice, and informative. Terminix is great over all!
