James was very pleasent and knowledgeable. Did a great job, gave me his card if I need him to come back for any reason.
I’m glad to have a dedicated tech, James in my case, that takes care of any house insects or rodent concern. He is a very professional and attention to detail tech. I had termite baits installed as well as the crawl space encapsulation with a dehumidifier. Everything has been working like it should.
