I had an outstanding tech who sprayed all around the house for bugs and checked my bait traps. He was very polite and thorough. I want to use him again. I used the form that the Tech gave me to leave a review and there is no place to leave a review! I told him when he came back yesterday for a rodent issue.
Great service every time.
Justin called me shortly before arrival to let me know he was on his way. I appreciated that. I mentioned to him how my regular Tech just spritz sprays and not like previous techs that would spray entire baseboards. He explained to me thoroughly the correct process. Justin was very thorough.
James always does a thorough job, especially clearing the webs under the eaves. 👍🏼👍🏼

I was considering ending services because my former technician would not listen to me " the customer ". The former technician informed me that I was delusional about my pest issues, when I saw droppings. I was given a new technician " Joey ". Joey listened and resolved the issues.
