Thorough, pleasant, and professional. They called a reminder the day before and texted when they were on their way with a link so I could prepare for their arrival. The service people who came were friendly with my dogs and checked/treated every nook and cranny. Todd, Nicole, and Michael are amazing!

Nicholas has got to be the best technician ever employed by Terminix. He’s so thorough and thoughtful. Always discusses our needs and contacts us ahead of the visit to ask how things are going and asks if he needs to address anything special.
