The team at Texas Collision Centers was fantastic. They were efficient and careful is repairing my car, which had experienced significant damage in the rear. I was kept informed of progress the entire time and the end product was perfect. I will go back!
Great shop Fast n simple Great as new
Jay and his team did great work on my vehicle. I appreciated the friendly service and updates through the repair process.
They were so wonderful! I appreciated their consistent updates about my vehicle and they made it such a seamless experience!
Repaired my Sierra to excellent condition. When I overpaid slightly to pick it up, and insurance dispersed the full amount - Texas Collision Centers refunded the slight overage immediately to my card, where I didn’t even have to call them. This group is trustworthy. They also coordinated the return of my rental. Would use this group again.
Honestly one of the best auto repair experiences I’ve ever had. Everything with Texas Collision Centers was super easy from start to finish, and they even had my car finished a couple days ahead of schedule. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and way less stressful than I expected after dealing with an…
I can’t recommend them enough. I took my car in for my estimate and the parts were there in 4 days. Fortunately I was able to still drive it until the parts came in. I was quoted 4-5 business days but my car was ready in 2 days. It looks brand new! Claim process through GEICO was seamless and the customer service was exceptional!
Excellent work. Not a sign of the prior damage.
Amazing customer service! Hunter was awesome!
Everyone was very polite. Jay was the young man that helped me. Very professional and the communication was excellent!
Update: I was never contacted by anyone again as mentioned below. This was my third time using Texas Collision Centers at Love Field. My first two experiences were terrific, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely frustrating, and the lack of communication and professionalism…

Mike and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Great customer service, very thorough explanation and walkthrough of the process, kept in communication with me to provide updates. Repairs were done professionally and quickly. Would take my Tesla back in a heartbeat.
Shea was great. Truly, the best customer rep I’ve ever had at any body shop/collision repair business (including the big name dealership shops). He was friendly, professional and responsive. Kept me up to date with frequent status reports. I am a very satisfied customer.
Texas Collision gives frequent updates on the repairs. The staff is very cordial and willing to answer any questions. The repairs met expectations and then some. I would definitely recommend this collision center to anybody in need of repairs.
Great Experience! Clear communication, smooth process, definitely would recommend.
Customer service at its finest. Clint Oliver answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this Shop to everyone.
Fantastic experience. Great communication, repair was completed quickly and I left feeling extremely satisfied with the repairs. Best experience I’ve had with a repair shop.
My car was hit by another party and I took my vehicle to Texas Collision repair and the paint, parts and communication were great! I could text my service advisor and he responded in a timely manner. I cannot tell there was any damage to my vehicle post accident.
Very professional service, they communicated a bunch and even sent an uber to pick me up to get my car when the work was done!.

This was the smoothest and easiest process I’ve ever experienced with car repairs. The communication is unmatched and the quality is great. This is the second time we have been customers here and I don’t want to go anywhere else! Thank you Jay and the team at TCC!
Knowledgeable service providers. Five star service
Great customer service, Jay absolutely knocked it out of the park with the communication and getting the parts needed for my repairs. Lalo was very fast and efficient with replacing what was damaged. Thanks again Jay and Lalo for your time on getting me taken care of.
Wonderful experience from start to finish! Thank you

Jay at Texas Collision Center by Love Field in Dallas, TX did a great job on the repairs. Easy process and very nice. The entire handling was personable yet professional. If I need work done again, I would go back to them without giving it a second thought.
Excellent customer service and my repair was perfect. Very pleased with my overall experience here. My only comment is PLEASE stop using the heavy febreze type air fresheners. It was overwhelming and I couldn’t even enjoy the waiting area in the front of the store. Very annoying for people with allergies or asthma.
Very professional, great communication on status and next steps by way of text, very happy with the end result. Will come again
Quick. Easy. In and out. Turned around quicker than expected.
No one wants to have body work done on their vehicle. But if you have to, this is the place to go. Superb facilities, staff, communication, support and quality work. Highly recommend. Kudos to Hunter
This place is fantastic! It’s never fun to have to get your car fixed, but everyone is so helpful and friendly. I’ve now had an accident repair as well as having them address some other issues later. Jay did an exceptional job! Car was delivered on time as promised. Wonderful service. I will definitely use them again if needed.
Great service, great communication, nice facility - highly satisfied with my Tesla Model 3 repair of front bumper, fender and headlight. Highly recommend. One comment - I could not find dropbox to drop my keys overnight. I had a tesla so I could lock using my cellphone but it could be a problem for other cars.
Please don’t go for hail damage estimate and repair. I went two times and the professional was not showed up and other mechanics took the car the back. After few minutes they said done. I’m not professional but before I went there I had been took it other place and diagnosed and have all paperwork. I compared it…

I received my estimate in about 20 minutes after arriving (which in my experience a lot of shops take several days which was nice). I had an excellent experience. The quote was fair. The repair was done perfectly, and the car was ready ahead of schedule. Their staff were friendly and kept me informed of progress.
Zach was absolutely amazing and made the experience of having my car repaired flow so smoothly. His communication, updates, and service were off-the-chart, better than superior, and I have already recommended him and Texas Collision Centers to many others. The reception desk ladies were also very helpful, and they…
Mariella was excellent she got my repairs done sooner a than expected and window tint at the same time. She had excellent customer service and allowed me to pick up on Saturday.
I had just got my car 6 months ago, and someone ran into me. I had a really amazing experience with Texas Collison Center, Dallas!! They were very helpful, and thorough during the entire process. I was kept updated the entire time. My car looks like it was never touched!!! I’m soooo thankful.
I honestly didn't want to use this repair shop because they were WAY DOWN in Dallas and I live in Frisco. Due to the insurance we had to go through, this was the only place I could go. I had great service, communication, and professionalism. If I ever need anything again, I'll happily hike 50 minutes+ to go specifically here! Thank you!
Came in on time . Fabulous repair!
We’ve been here twice! Great experience everytime. Clint was our advisor both times. He’s very attentive and nice! One of our repairs required them to remove a sticker on the bumper that they couldn’t replace, he offered to pay for it out of his own pocket! Great guy.
Great service and communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely come back here
UPDATE: The universe has it out for my family's cars and Jay and his team have been kind and excellent at their work on all 3 of them!! Cannot recommend more highly!!!!
