Had my Tesla repaired after I was hit in the rear passenger side. Staff was great to work with and answered all my questions. Worked well with my insurance.
EXCELLENT service and Clint was a stand out rep.
You ever hear of a body shop that gets your vehicle repair done earlier than expected!? Well I have…Texas Collision Centers - Love Field!! From the moment I walked in & the two lovely ladies at the front desk greeted me (& got me a ride home), to my top-notch, one-of-a-kind Service Advisor, Clint, I could not be…
My car was hit by another party and I took my vehicle to Texas Collision repair and the paint, parts and communication were great! I could text my service advisor and he responded in a timely manner. I cannot tell there was any damage to my vehicle post accident.
My parked car was hit on the street, diagonally on my driver’s side back rim. I suspected frame damage. This shop is on State Farm’s preferred list, and for a good reason. I couldn’t find a shop that specialized in Mazdas, so I chose this one based on the 4.9 reviews alone and I’m so glad that I did. They are…
I want to personally recognize Yeraldy for the exceptional service she provided throughout my repair experience at Texas Collision. Dealing with vehicle damage, insurance claims, and repairs can be incredibly stressful, but Yeraldy made the entire process feel much more manageable. She was professional, patient,…
The team at Texas Collisions were awesome. They were very informative & patient with me throughout the entire process. If needed, I will definitely prefer using them & highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs done to their vehicle.
Amazing!! Truly would not recommend anyone else more. So easy, they texted me throughout with updates, and my car was finished without a speck of dust on it. 10/10!
Timely repair, clear and transparent, quality work. Would recommend.
We unfortunately had an accident, and our insurance company, USAA, recommended Texas Collision Centers. From start to finish, the experience exceeded every expectation. Hunter took outstanding care of us throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way, and he…
Would have liked knowing you preferred a travelers check or credit card to a personal check.
Jay was amazing and assisted with the repairs on my Range Rover. His communication and professionalism was outstanding. That made the process so much smoother and easier. I will never go anywhere else after the amazing experience. He truly went above and beyond.
Jay is very professional and transparent and got us taken care of. Our Tesla was repaired professionally with certified OEM parts. Amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent
This is my 2nd go round with TCC & Jay. I was very impressed with TCC! Their facility is clean, esthetically pleasing, and did not feel like a body shop. I felt like I was at a Luxury dealership service center and their level of service, repair, communication and care for my vehicle matched if not superseded my…
Great experience with this business - prompt service and kept me informed along the way regularly
I recently took my Tesla to Texas Collision and let me tell you they took my car from looking like a total loss to pretty much brand new!!The advisor I had was Miriam Lopez and she was great! She kept constant communication through the whole process and made this process so much easier. I for sure will be recommending others to them
