Rating is 4.5 stars. Texas Oasis did a good job of removing tree stump grindings (from a tree removal by another company) and sculpting the ground surface at a corner of the house to allow for better rain runoff. They are knowledgeable and skilled and easy to work with. The only reason this is not a 5-star…

Working with Texas Oasis was a good experience. From the initial consultation with Eva through the crew's work & attention to detail, the finished look is exactly what I anticipated. The retaining wall on my front beds was caving in & being pushed out by growth of my anchoring crape myrtles. Chris & his crew worked so hard, especially in the heat, to take the wall down & rebuild it. They enlarged the corners to allow for expansion & growth, and extended the beds backward toward my home's exterior, making them more attractive. They worked in my backyard doing general cleanup, bed restoration and resetting of stone borders, making this a space I can enjoy again. I am so pleased with all the work they did, my yard no longer qualifies for "THAT" neighbor status on the block!

I had commercial project in Carrollton area. TX OASIS plant trees and they died last winter. TX OASIS came out replaced 8 out of 16 trees. However, one of 8 tree is die again. TX OASIS does not want to replace 2nd time. I did not choose those tree nor set the date for the planting. Tx Oasis wholesale contractor told me that there are some bad trees. They do not know until they plant them. So i need to be a lucky man to get good trees at first time order?? What am i suppose to do if i get bad tree 2 times? pay you again?
I followed their instruction after plant them. Water them everyday for 2 weeks. We even installed new sprinkler system. Tx oais screw up some our new bubble lines. i had to point them out to repair them and repair it myself.
We spent over $60K for the landscaping and TX Oasis did not want to replace a bad tree. I'll not recommand TX Oasis for other contractors and home owners.

William, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed. For clarity, the original trees that failed were replaced under the warranty provided through our wholesale nursery partner. The replacement tree now experiencing issues has already received the one warranty replacement available under both the nursery's policy and the terms of our contract. The agreement signed for this project states that Texas Oasis does not provide more than one warranty replacement per plant.
We understand this is frustrating, especially on a large project. However, living trees are affected by many factors after installation, and no contractor can guarantee indefinite survival. While we worked with the nursery to secure replacements for the original losses, neither the nursery nor Texas Oasis provides an ongoing warranty beyond the initial replacement. This policy is consistent with standard practices throughout the nursery and landscaping industry.

Rating is 4.5 stars. Texas Oasis did a good job of removing tree stump grindings (from a tree removal by another company) and sculpting the ground surface at a corner of the house to allow for better rain runoff. They are knowledgeable and skilled and easy to work with. The only reason this is not a 5-star rating is that they do not carry the equipment to grind down surface roots that get in the way of the landscape grading work. I had to use my own skill saw to cut part of a root for another shallow drainage trench that I needed for sufficient runoff during heavy rains.

I hired Texas Oasis in March 2026 to redesign the landscaping along the front of my house, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Eva met with us to discuss our ideas and preferences, then returned with a detailed and beautifully conceived plan that combined a variety of shrubs and plants with a border of seasonal flowers.
The installation crew was professional and efficient, and the results were truly spectacular. They also rerouted our drip irrigation system for optimal coverage and installed a weed barrier and mulch, which will help keep everything low-maintenance going forward.
I highly recommend Texas Oasis and am especially grateful to Eva for her friendly service and expertise.
