The guys sent a heads up text when they were arriving. Which was good so we could go about our business until their designated arrival time. They were through and clean.

Great company, great service. Our Trane 5 Ton Package unit stopped working on Saturday and the AC Team was immediately responsive. Jerry, the technician, diagnosed and replaced the blower motor same day. Extremely professional, knowledgable and fairly priced. We are so happy we switched to AC Team last year.

This company goes above and beyond to give you excellent service. They have searched for the best price on parts. Their service contract covers two maintenance visits a year and I never worry about getting on the schedule. I love that I can set up the service call on their website. Such friendly, caring service!

Nick showed up on time and immediately identified a wiring problem. This was a nice surprise, as I was expecting to have to replace the condenser! Nick has been here before to service our units and this is consistent with the service we get from AC Team, they are the BEST
