Kyle was our friendly & amazing A.C. technician. Before doing any repairs, Kyle trouble shooted the unit, and explained what needed to be done and the cost, thank you . Katie, thank you also, for the quick appointment & text. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
My AC unit stopped working right before a scheduled open house. I called the team early in the morning and they had it fixed by that afternoon. I cannot recommend these guys enough! They are ALWAYS amazing to work with. I will use them for my next home and recommend them to everyone.
Great installation and service team. Highly recommend the AC team. Warranty repair. Did a great job. Out the same day as the call.
Great company, great service. Our Trane 5 Ton Package unit stopped working on Saturday and the AC Team was immediately responsive. Jerry, the technician, diagnosed and replaced the blower motor same day. Extremely professional, knowledgable and fairly priced. We are so happy we switched to AC Team last year.
Both air conditioners were replaced and we're blissfully happy with the new system. These guys are the best in the business.
Jerry and Makade were awesome. Cordial and informative
Nick, and the AC Team Heating and Cooling are the very best at what they do! Our AC broke down on most likely the hottest day of the year thus far and Nick and his team were able to fit us in even though they were already booked full for the day! They eventually had to order parts and had it fixed the next day! We…
Our AC unit quit working Wednesday night. I called one company Thursday morning and they could not make it until Monday. I called AC Team and Jerry was here Friday at 2:00pm. Didn't need a new AC unit, just the fan motor. Everything up and running in less that an hour. Great service. Thanks.
A wonderful experience every time with the AC team. Their office girl Katie is awesome. So helpful and efficient in helping.🤗
Nic made quick work getting air-conditioning up and running. Remote access gave all the information they needed. Way to go AC Team! 😀
The AC Team communicated well with each other and me. They repaired my unit quickly and we friendly in the process. Highly recommend!
Great service again. Easy, prompt appointment, thorough and quick repair, full communication along the way, fair price.
Trust what I say here! You should call Erin or Nick for any and all needs for your AC/Heating. Go ahead and get 3 estimates on a complete central AC system from companies of your choice, and then compare them. The AC Team will beat them all ! With the quality of their work and their commitment to stand behind their…
Jerry did a fantastic job; quick, efficient and friendly.
No cold air, so I called The AC Team in the morning. Jerry came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem by noon. Fast, friendly, dependable, reliable service at reasonable rates - no up-sell. Thank you.
After using The AC Team in the past to save me during the hot summer when my nearly 30 year old AC unit broke down, I decided to purchase a new Train unit after mine started leaking Freon. The AC Team has bent over backwards taking care of me because the quality of everything these days isn't what it used to be.…
We had a service call to check out our AC. Kyle and his associate was very knowlegable and professional. Our AC seems to be working great
Want great service from 'trusted' company......use The AC Team. We have been using them for 13 years, and would not call anyone else. Nick and his team are the go-to! They go over everything that needs checked so that your unit is working perfectly, and correct things at a very reasonable fee. We recommend this company to our neighbors and friends.
Always....5 star!!!!! Thank you!!!
The AC Team is the best by far. We called for a repair at 8 this morning, they were here by 11, and everything fixed before 1pm. I can’t say enough good things about them!!😊
The AC Team installed our AC on Aug 17th, 2022. Our downstairs unit was leaking refrigerant at the A coil and was limping along - to be expected at 17-years-old. We received 2 quotes from reputable companies that helped me decide which Trane unit I wanted. One company was steering me away from Trane, because of…
This company is so reliable! They are reasonable, responsive, trustworthy !
Awesome response, online scheduling with great follow up. Kyle was great got my AC back up and running quickly and efficiently.
I respect this company for its professional employees, for being there when they said they would, and for the dedication to diagnose our issue. We are happy with the service they provided, and for the work that was completed.
I am an absentee owner living in California. The Peoria home is tenant occupied. I was not there when the service call was made however, the response time was good and the follow through was good as well. My tenant was pleased with the friendly courteous service she received.
I recently lost my AC guy of 30 plus years and tried 3 others before finding the AC Team. I have 14 suites in a commercial building and needed a unit replaced. Professional is would be my one word description. Within weeks I had 2 other units go down and was impressed with both the speed and rate, they had both…
Very impressed with professionalism. Kyle to the rescue! Thanks a bunch
They did a great job. Fixed a broken wire and didn’t try to upsell me even though my capacitor was slightly out of spec. Highly recommend.
Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and efficient!
good
On time and fixed system immediately. Definately will use next time!’
They have wonderful customer service. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
Nick, Kyle, and Bill did a great job of finding, diagnosing, and repairing our air conditioner- we are grateful for their expertise and professionalism! Thank you so much AC Team!
Nick diagnosed the problem and explained the issues in detail. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable at all times. Their response time was excellent! He was honest, fair and helpful in determining the balance due for all the services. We will definitely recommend them to friends and use the A/C Team again in the future.
Last time we used The AC Team they told me what the problem was and fixed it. They also reviewed my other units and told me they might need servicing in a year or two. They were quite right. This time they were also very flexible, responsive and efficient and their pricing was very competitive.
Nick, and his team are absolutely amazing! They are my new air-conditioning vendor and I would recommend them to anyone.
I'd recommend AC Team Heating & Cooling. Starting with Katie in the office giving me a call after I booked the appointment to Nick getting everything taken care of with my AC - I will be a repeat customer.
Very professional. Right on time. Instead of trying to sell me a whole unit they diagnosed the problem and repaired only what needed to be done. Couldn’t ask for a better company then Nick and his team.
Nick and his team really stepped up when another company flaked on a scheduled repair. I told them what happened and they were happy to help so I didn't have to spend another night in Arizona summer with no AC. Price was reasonable too. I highly recommend this company!
Quick, efficient, cleaned up and trustworthy.
I often use my community's FB page for recommendations. The first company I called couldn't come out for almast a week. My second call was to theAC Team. Nick and Kyle were at my house the same day and had me back up in running in no time. No attempts to upsell or try to get me to replace. When it comes time…
We have used the AC Team numerous times now and always have great service. Kyle and Bill were here and got our AC unit back in service. We were very thankful for the same day appointment. We only use the AC Team for our AC needs!
Kyle and Bill did the super job. They were knowledgeable and took care of the problems. I recommend this company. Thanks Kyle and Bill.
We had them come out and service our units and were very impressed with the services, workmanship and prices. We then called back months later when our a/c stopped working and they were out within hours and worked to find the problem quickly to get us back up and running and the price was better than we were…
This team was quick and responsive. They made sure I understood the current issue and future issues. They proactively fixed items. They were patient with my warranty claim. So grateful for their professionalism!
The weather here has been 115 and the air conditioner quits on me. The temp in the house got up to 96 in no time at all and so I called AC Team Heating and Cooling LLC and they said they would have someone out 1st thing in the morning. They arrived when they said they would be here and had the problem fixed in no…
We’ve been with Nick for at least 15 years. He’s honest. Before we called Nick at a neighbor’s recommendation we had another company say it was going to cost $800 for a repair to our AC unit. We called Nick and the repair was a little over $100. We trust the AC Team 100%
Great job servicing my air conditioner and also adding insulation in the attic. I will use the AC Team again. Thanks for a great job! Karen
If you're looking for a 2nd opinion or any HVAC work, for the love of God, please call this company. They do excellent work and are very polite. I've dealt with many other HVAC companies in this past, and Nick/Erin are by far the most fair and honest. Their techs are courteous and knowledgeable. They'll easily…
