The guys sent a heads up text when they were arriving. Which was good so we could go about our business until their designated arrival time. They were through and clean.
Jerry arrived on time and quickly got to work looking into the issue with the A/C unit. I appreciated him explaining what actions he took and provided suggestions on how to help the unit run more efficiently. The quality of service I experienced from scheduling the appointment to servicing the unit was…

Jerry let me know when he was on his way, and he was very polite. He even spent several minutes, giving my puppy lots of attention, and that really helped to settle her down. I highly recommend The A/C Team! While replacing an A/C is not something anyone looks forward to, my husband and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. My air went out on a Saturday. I couldn't get any other company out. AC put me on their schedule and the serviceman came out and got my system running. He gave me some helpful tips on maintaining and changing the air filters. Happy to have cool air again!

Very friendly and knowledgeable! Excellent service
We had our annual maintenance done on our unit and asked for an evaluation of it, since it’s getting older. Jerry was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. When the time comes for a new air conditioner we will definitely be using The AC Team. We’ve been very happy for several years with their service and repair.
Trust what I say here! You should call Erin or Nick for any and all needs for your AC/Heating. Go ahead and get 3 estimates on a complete central AC system from companies of your choice, and then compare them. The AC Team will beat them all ! With the quality of their work and their commitment to stand behind their…
Nick and his team are a rare breed of upfront, honest and folksy people who will explain what they are doing to your AC in a way that you can understand. They also do not find unnecessary repairs to do like a lot of HVACers do. We’ve used them for years and have never had an issue or an unreasonable quote.
The AC Team did an excellent job fixing the return in my kids’ bedroom! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our home. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and friendly service. Highly recommend the AC Team for anyone needing HVAC repairs done right the first time!
Polite and knowledgeable technicians
Thanks Jerry for explaining everything so clearly and doing a great job! Very professional .
They are great. They always do an excellent job.
AC team was very professional. They communicated well while troubleshooting the issue. I was very pleased with the service.
After using The AC Team in the past to save me during the hot summer when my nearly 30 year old AC unit broke down, I decided to purchase a new Train unit after mine started leaking Freon. The AC Team has bent over backwards taking care of me because the quality of everything these days isn't what it used to be.…
Jerry saved the day! Woke up to an extremely noisy system. Jerry found and solved the problem within minutes after arriving. Thank you Jerry and The AC Team!
We had a service call to check out our AC. Kyle and his associate was very knowlegable and professional. Our AC seems to be working great
We have used ACTeam Heating and A/C for over 10 years and have found their service to be excellent. Would recommend them to everyone. They are no doubt why our A/C and heating system have been in place for 20 years.
The AC Team installed our AC on Aug 17th, 2022. Our downstairs unit was leaking refrigerant at the A coil and was limping along - to be expected at 17-years-old. We received 2 quotes from reputable companies that helped me decide which Trane unit I wanted. One company was steering me away from Trane, because of…
Kyle was our tech. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous when it comes to AC and heating. Most important to us they are trust worthy. I highly recommend The AC Team
We have used the AC Team for our A/C maintenance for ten years and they have given consistent and top level service during that time. We expressly call out Nick and Kyle for their honest and direct advice and superb service.
This company is so reliable! They are reasonable, responsive, trustworthy !
By far the very best A/C Company I have ever worked with. They installed a customed designed, efficient and very user friendly system. All worked done professionally and on time. I highly recommend Nick, Kyle and their entire team. Scott L
When it comes to HVAC it’s hard to know who to trust. With most techs being paid on commission, I always feel that they are looking for a way to charge me more so they can make more money for themselves. My wife and I chose The AC Team because their techs are not paid based on sales/commission and we were not…
I called this AC team around 8 and they came a couple hours after. Nick worked really fast and got my AC running in like 10 minutes. I have been hired them for years now. Highly recommended this company!!!
Nich is always so honest and caring. So professional along with him being a great person who is honest and will not inflate the price . Literally took 20 mins to figure out what was wrong and fixed my AC when it went out on a hot summer Phoenix 116 degree day. Thanks for responding so quickly!
I am an absentee owner living in California. The Peoria home is tenant occupied. I was not there when the service call was made however, the response time was good and the follow through was good as well. My tenant was pleased with the friendly courteous service she received.
I recently lost my AC guy of 30 plus years and tried 3 others before finding the AC Team. I have 14 suites in a commercial building and needed a unit replaced. Professional is would be my one word description. Within weeks I had 2 other units go down and was impressed with both the speed and rate, they had both…
Always trust them to service and maintain our HVAC system. Nick and his team are honest and professional. Good people. Excellent service.
Very impressed with professionalism. Kyle to the rescue! Thanks a bunch
Honest and trustworthy. Fair prices
They have wonderful customer service. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
Very happy with the A/C team. We would definitely recommend using them.
Quick, efficient, cleaned up and trustworthy.
Very satisfied.
We have used the AC Team numerous times now and always have great service. Kyle and Bill were here and got our AC unit back in service. We were very thankful for the same day appointment. We only use the AC Team for our AC needs!
We had them come out and service our units and were very impressed with the services, workmanship and prices. We then called back months later when our a/c stopped working and they were out within hours and worked to find the problem quickly to get us back up and running and the price was better than we were…
Kyle was very thorough in checking the various components of the AC system. He answered all my questions, and when the dual capacitor tested a little close to the acceptable 10% tolerance, he gave me an honest analysis and offered to replace it on the spot without being overly pushy. Highly recommended!
We’ve been with Nick for at least 15 years. He’s honest. Before we called Nick at a neighbor’s recommendation we had another company say it was going to cost $800 for a repair to our AC unit. We called Nick and the repair was a little over $100. We trust the AC Team 100%
Great job servicing my air conditioner and also adding insulation in the attic. I will use the AC Team again. Thanks for a great job! Karen
If you're looking for a 2nd opinion or any HVAC work, for the love of God, please call this company. They do excellent work and are very polite. I've dealt with many other HVAC companies in this past, and Nick/Erin are by far the most fair and honest. Their techs are courteous and knowledgeable. They'll easily…
This is a great company. I find them honest and reliable. Their pricing is excellent and I would highly recommend them.
Nick showed up on time and immediately identified a wiring problem. This was a nice surprise, as I was expecting to have to replace the condenser! Nick has been here before to service our units and this is consistent with the service we get from AC Team, they are the BEST
