The guys sent a heads up text when they were arriving. Which was good so we could go about our business until their designated arrival time. They were through and clean.
I trust this company implicitly. Three years ago I was told that I needed a new a/c. I wanted a second opinion and Nick told me I needed a new condenser, which I purchased….$250 instead of thousands!
Locally owned, friendly, professional and fairly priced. What else can you ask for? You should've called them yesterday.
Nick and his whole team are amazing, honest and very professional!
Very thorough and explained how and why he was cleaning the hot water heater.
Nick worked hard to find the problems in our systems, and spent as much time as needed. Told me what to look for if the repairs didn’t work and to contact him immediately. I highly recommend this company to everyone looking for honest advice and work from a company that is in no way trying to scam or rip you off. Thankful for them….
Great installation and service team. Highly recommend the AC team. Warranty repair. Did a great job. Out the same day as the call.
Great company, great service. Our Trane 5 Ton Package unit stopped working on Saturday and the AC Team was immediately responsive. Jerry, the technician, diagnosed and replaced the blower motor same day. Extremely professional, knowledgable and fairly priced. We are so happy we switched to AC Team last year.
The technician was very good. Very efficient and knowledgeable.
Technician was great, spent a lot of time checking thing out and was very efficient, polite, and respectful.
Jerry is very courteous and takes time to answer our questions and he provides thorough explanations.
Awesome on time and professional service.
Update one year later - Jerry came for my annual service today and everything was great! He was so informative and answered all my questions. I continue to be a satisfied AC Team customer! You guys are the best ! I was referred to the AC Team by my contractor and I could not be happier to have found the company I…
The AC Team is the best. They know their business, are truthful, are dependable & service is priced fairly
This company goes above and beyond to give you excellent service. They have searched for the best price on parts. Their service contract covers two maintenance visits a year and I never worry about getting on the schedule. I love that I can set up the service call on their website. Such friendly, caring service!
Been using AC Team for years. Very reliable, with fair pricing. The servicemen have always been polite, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend these guys.
Katie is amazing!!! We came to AC-Team for help! Every prior A/C company overcharged us for a routine commercial maintenance and they were not upfront with cost, they just did and billed. With both our locations having specific needs they handled them with ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their a/c serviced.
Bill and his installation crew did an excellent job. They were on time, answered any questions I had, were efficient, polite, cleaned up afterwards, and ensured the new system was working properly. I’ve been on their maintenance program as well, and The AC Team is a superior and fair company in all aspects.
As always, The AC Team showed when they said they would. Took care of the issue with a smile.
Trust what I say here! You should call Erin or Nick for any and all needs for your AC/Heating. Go ahead and get 3 estimates on a complete central AC system from companies of your choice, and then compare them. The AC Team will beat them all ! With the quality of their work and their commitment to stand behind their…
Excellent service. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Been using them for 10 years for maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend Jerry especially
Wonderful, informative and generous with thoughts on how to improve the performance of our system.
Very knowledgable
Friendly, competent, fast and through.
Let me know if he comes up for adoption anytime soon. Lol 😂 super guy he got me up and running and I am a happy camper. Thanks, Rick.
Jerry did a great job. We’re very pleased with the work the AC Team does
Excellent service!
Thanks Jerry for explaining everything so clearly and doing a great job! Very professional .
After using The AC Team in the past to save me during the hot summer when my nearly 30 year old AC unit broke down, I decided to purchase a new Train unit after mine started leaking Freon. The AC Team has bent over backwards taking care of me because the quality of everything these days isn't what it used to be.…
Jerry saved the day! Woke up to an extremely noisy system. Jerry found and solved the problem within minutes after arriving. Thank you Jerry and The AC Team!
The fastest A/C service ever. We are very pleased and will only use this company anytime we need a/c service in the future. It’s 4th of July I called and a tech arrived within 20 min unbelievable. Thank you
Always....5 star!!!!! Thank you!!!
The AC Team is the best by far. We called for a repair at 8 this morning, they were here by 11, and everything fixed before 1pm. I can’t say enough good things about them!!😊
Jerry went the extra mile, literally, to make sure I didn’t have to sleep in the heat! Thanks AC TEAM 😀
Very happy with this company. Been using for about 12 years. Trustworthy!
The AC Team never disappoints! It’s been three or four years since they did a complete replacement of our HVAC systems. Everything continues to work perfectly. We have semi-annual maintenance checks, which the AC Team provides at no cost to us. Just a great company to do business with!
Great service
The AC Team installed our AC on Aug 17th, 2022. Our downstairs unit was leaking refrigerant at the A coil and was limping along - to be expected at 17-years-old. We received 2 quotes from reputable companies that helped me decide which Trane unit I wanted. One company was steering me away from Trane, because of…
Kyle was our tech. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous when it comes to AC and heating. Most important to us they are trust worthy. I highly recommend The AC Team
Great customer service!
