My AC unit stopped working right before a scheduled open house. I called the team early in the morning and they had it fixed by that afternoon. I cannot recommend these guys enough! They are ALWAYS amazing to work with. I will use them for my next home and recommend them to everyone.
I am a Realtor and have been using AC Team personally for years and always recommend them to my clients who are happy with their professional service and competitive prices.
Both air conditioners were replaced and we're blissfully happy with the new system. These guys are the best in the business.
A wonderful experience every time with the AC team. Their office girl Katie is awesome. So helpful and efficient in helping.🤗
The AC Team communicated well with each other and me. They repaired my unit quickly and we friendly in the process. Highly recommend!
Excellent service. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Been using them for 10 years for maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend Jerry especially
After using The AC Team in the past to save me during the hot summer when my nearly 30 year old AC unit broke down, I decided to purchase a new Train unit after mine started leaking Freon. The AC Team has bent over backwards taking care of me because the quality of everything these days isn't what it used to be.…
Jerry went the extra mile, literally, to make sure I didn’t have to sleep in the heat! Thanks AC TEAM 😀
Jerry was quick and efficient...great service as always Nick Hefner’s AC Team is amazing!
Great customer service!
Nick and his team have always been responsive and communicate well. Their work is first class and the new system I had them install earlier this year is humming along, even through the intense heat we had over the summer.
Nick and team saved the day during the holidays. Really great group of professionals that don’t leave you hanging. Always a great reassurance to know we won’t be cold this holiday. Thanks as always!
Always a pleasure and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t use anyone else!
Nick, Kyle, and Bill did a great job of finding, diagnosing, and repairing our air conditioner- we are grateful for their expertise and professionalism! Thank you so much AC Team!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My A/C wasn’t working. He came right out & was able to diagnose, get the part and repair it all within a couple hrs. He’s a great guy, very professional, honest and trustworthy!
We’ve been with Nick for at least 15 years. He’s honest. Before we called Nick at a neighbor’s recommendation we had another company say it was going to cost $800 for a repair to our AC unit. We called Nick and the repair was a little over $100. We trust the AC Team 100%
If you're looking for a 2nd opinion or any HVAC work, for the love of God, please call this company. They do excellent work and are very polite. I've dealt with many other HVAC companies in this past, and Nick/Erin are by far the most fair and honest. Their techs are courteous and knowledgeable. They'll easily…
Nick showed up on time and immediately identified a wiring problem. This was a nice surprise, as I was expecting to have to replace the condenser! Nick has been here before to service our units and this is consistent with the service we get from AC Team, they are the BEST
