Brought my 6 year old dog in for her annual exam and to have them look at her skin issues. Usually my dog is pretty riled up at the vet and doesn’t allow anyone to talk to her or touch her. She has shown her attitude with them before and Instead of denying to continue to see her, they decided to work with us so…
We love The Ark Vet! They have taken such good care of our cat and everyone there is so informed and helpful! Thank you!
I was very pleased with the service and the treatment plan for our dog.
They overcharge and suggest extra services. The staff is rigid and will not even accept a cash payment. Stuck up and slow. Not recommended if you just want to get something done and not just sit and wait.
My Zoe got the attention she needed and all the staff was very kind.
This veterinary office os top notch in every way. I live over an hour away but I bring my animals to this vet because I trust Dr. Sangl implicitly. The office staff is always super patient and helpful and the nursing/tech staff is always kind and thorough. Everyone seems to love their job and always make me and my…
Fast, friendly, affordable, caring, no chaos! Suuuper knowledgeable and attentive veterinarian, ——acacia Cordes
Excellent customer service and pet care. Staff is very kind and professional who loves our pet.
Friendly front desk and Doctor
Very friendly and helpful
They listen to my problem with my puppy they gave me great advice and medicine that helped my dog immensely for the first time he was a great experience
Great staff. Very caring and mindful of pet needs.
They are more concerned about their safety than my dog. The people that give my dog a bath are more aware than this vet.
This place is great been coming here nearly 15 years.
They are so sweet with my dog! He is terrified of the vet and they go above and beyond to help him feel safe.
Great staff, they are always welcoming and great with handling my dog!
I take both of my dogs to The Ark veterinary and I am so happy with the care they get. They are caring and loving. My puppy was a bit scared but they worked with him to get him comfortable and he left with his tail wagging. Thank you for all that you guys do and all the love and care you guys give the animals.
Great visit. Simple, easy and quick.
Very attentive and good with our pup.
Excellent staff, friendly and caring!
We adopted Duke 9 years ago who was about 10 months old. He’d been dumped in a garbage bin from they say about 2 months old until an agency found him @ 7 months old, taking him in & preparing him for adoption. They said Duke was physically up to par, @ 9-10 months old. It was a few days after we adopted him, we…
Very considerate of my dog and his owners. Gave us good advice and suggestions on desling with his allergies.
Great experience, professional staff. The vet was amazing... this is my huskys dr. ❤️
My sweet girl gets nervous and naturally was very uncomfortable with what needed to be done. The entire staff and Dr. Berman made her feel so comfortable and safe. She cuddled up in the arms of the staff and left calmer than when she arrived. They go above and beyond to give their clients the best care and put their…
I absolutely love The Ark! They helped us so much when our senior lab had cancer, gave us as much time with him as we needed before we needed to say our goodbyes. A year later we decided to get a chocolate lab, and he absolutely loves them and the staff takes such good care of him. I truly appreciate everything you have done for our family!
Had a great experience
Very informative and helpful
Very pleasant staff. Clean & comfortable. Easy to work with. Affordable.
Outstanding service! Wait time was very short. They communicated. Estimate was very reasonable. Very kind. It’s been 24 hrs with our pup on the meds and there’s already a difference! They listened to us!! Very pleased
Awesome I really like my vet. Dr rachel sangl really went above and beyond for me and it really meant a lot me. Plus they whole staff really works hard to get you in quickly with very little wait time
Very friendly and they love animals you can tell
Very nice experience. All people involved were super nice folks. The veterinarian and I had the same opinions about how to treat my senior dog. I very much appreciated that.
This place is inefficient, rude, and all about the money. They repeatedly charged excess cost while providing subpar treatment. One example is when I was concerned about lumps on my dog. The vet was very firm with their belief that they can tell if lumps are bad by feel and I was pushing to get the lump actually…
My dog was having an anaphylactic episode. The Ark was the only one that made time to take her on a Saturday . The vet and assistant were absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, genuine. I’ve never been to an office who had such a good vet team. Im switching care over because of this. They raise the bar!
Dr Sangl is an excellent vet. She listens to your concerns and makes sure all your questions are answered.
Excellent experience. Dr Sangl and the technician were very knowledgeable and kind, highly recommend. :)
Toby, my dog and I visited The Ark Vet. Clinic Thursday, September 18, 2025. People were very friendly and helpful in getting Toby, (whose is active) both in and out safely and were able to get us in quickly for his two shots. Very positive and professional experience for both of us. Wonderful experience, John…
I went in on the wrong day and they still seen my dog. I was surprised and thankful. The price for everything was good. The staff was amazing. In and out the door in 30 minutes or less. Great place and I feel Atutu is taken very good care of.
Exelent service and very friendly.. Thank you.
I love this Veterinary office and totally happy with Dr. Sengl. We need so many more like her! An excellent job on Cooper's suture's from his surgery. Everyone here are so friendly and very caring!! Came back a few days later for meds and Cooper literally dragged me to front door. I was just giving him a potty break…
