They worked with me on the bill for my last visit. I was able to pay for just the essentials right now. That was a relief

Must be first appt of the day. I must be with her at all times.
I appreciate them continuing to see her even though she has some attitude/scared issues and they always respect her space and warning signs.
She has some pretty bad skin issues and we made a really good plan to try and get it under control. They didn’t try to push services or products on me so appreciate that as well.
Thanks for always caring for all my pets.

*Update (Added 10/8/2026). I had to let my Daisy go in May and it was so difficult, but I'm so grateful for the kindness shown to me from everyone at this clinic. Especially the vet who treated Daisy the most in her 12 years of life. Dr. Sengl wasn't working that day, but someone let her know we were there and it was time to let Daisy go. She came to the office to be with me and to say goodbye to sweet Daisy. Even writing this months later my heart is so full of gratitude for her being there. And sadness because I miss my pup. She developed lymphoma and it was time to let her go be with Lukki at the Rainbow Bridge. Thank heavens I still have my Bamn. We have spent practically 24/7 together since losing Daisy, and he truly misses her. They spent their entire lives together! And with his chronic pancreatitis, again, I am so grateful for The Ark, and everyone there. They all know and love Bamn, and have helped him through some tough times. I don't know what I would do without him or the Ark! So, so thankful.
I have been taking my pets here since 2004, and they are always so kind and understanding. They get it that my dogs are my life, and make sure to take care of them as soon I need them to. The doctors are so good with my high stressed girl, and patient with my not aggressive, but sounds scary, very wary boy dog!
When it was time for my last dog to go to the Rainbow Bridge, they were so gentle and gave me time to hold her before and after she went. I miss her so much. 😔
