I was very pleased with the service and the treatment plan for our dog.
They overcharge and suggest extra services. The staff is rigid and will not even accept a cash payment. Stuck up and slow. Not recommended if you just want to get something done and not just sit and wait.

I absolutely love The Ark! They helped us so much when our senior lab had cancer, gave us as much time with him as we needed before we needed to say our goodbyes. A year later we decided to get a chocolate lab, and he absolutely loves them and the staff takes such good care of him. I truly appreciate everything you have done for our family!

My dog was having an anaphylactic episode. The Ark was the only one that made time to take her on a Saturday . The vet and assistant were absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, genuine. I’ve never been to an office who had such a good vet team. Im switching care over because of this. They raise the bar!
