The people that work here are incredibly nice and the gym has everything you can need. It’s clean and spacious. Taking away two stars as the hours are pretty bad. If I’m paying 100+ for a gym, I’d expect it to stay open until 10 or even 11 during the week. I’m sure they’re saving on costs.

Great service. Friendly staff, especially Rockie, Nazeem, Coleb, Mason, Jill, Grace and Sara. Nazeem, Jonathon and Rockie are great personal trainers. Great experience. Highly recommend the water massage chairs.
I primarily use the club for personal training and could not be happier with my experience to date. Naseem has helped me recover mobility and stability in my shoulders and other key areas that have suffered as a result of my desk job. Exercises and movements that were once unachievable are now firmly in my grasp thanks to Naseems training. Nas has also contributed to a renewed outlook on my fitness levels and pushes me every session to clear the next hurdle.
Overall the club is in a convenient location and has an excellent staff and a nice training area. The primary area for growth is that the locker rooms will leave something to be desired relative to other high end clubs but in general are more than serviceable.
