First time home buyers and when we signed the contract we only have 5 days to have a complete inspection done. Jumped on the phone right away to check quotes and Susie was able to give us estimates quickly. BrickKickers were priced the best in the Tinley park/oak forest area! $395 for home inspection, $230 for the…

They check everything. The inspector was very professional. Asked for your concerns and answered all questions. Overall, best service for home inspections.

The guy was very thorough would of good because i had a feeling that my realtor wasn't being honest. Soon as he became he pointed out a major issue I wasn't aware of. I think realtors call him to try to make him back track his words. But it was 2 late because he assured me things I already foresaw

I used Brick Kicker in 2017 to do my home inspection. Unfortunately the inspector incorrectly stated my electrical panel was 200 Amps when in reality it is 150. I had some work done about a year later and after it was shown the inspection was incorrect, I was not offered a solution that was viable since a panel…

After living in our home for two weeks, we have found multiple issues that should have been identified by the inspector but were not - oven door not closing properly, fan/light switch broken in one of the bedrooms, and roof not properly inspected. Unfortunate that this was not identified, not sure I will recommend BrickKicker to others.

Fantastic service-everything was explained to me during the inspection and any questions I had were answered as well. When I was getting quotes on prices they were the most reasonable and had the best availability for inspections out of the recommended places from my realtor. Would use again if I needed another inspection.
Our realtor recommend Rob Claus at The BrickKicker for a home inspection on our first home purchase. It was 100% worth the time and value!
