Jacque was on time to my house based on our appointment time. He did a thorough job after he explained what he was going to do today. Notified me when he finished . would recommend him and the Bugman for all your pest needs.

Too many different changes in the actual technician that does the work. I was told one thing over the phone when scheduling the appointment but the actual technician told me something different and changed the narrative. Walked the house after he left and it appeared like nothing was done. It’s been better in the past.

First pest control treatment by Ken from Bugman. Communicated very well to setup date / time, arrived on time, and asked me all the questions necessary to do a complete treatment. Very good service! Thanks

Arranging the service was easy! Brian came out to give us a quote on a termite plan and Jacob came out to start our pest control service. Both were on time and very professional. I highly recommend the Bug Man.
