Very professional, efficient & trustworthy.

Very happy with their service, they came out right away and I don’t have to be concerned about rodents in my house any longer

Too many different changes in the actual technician that does the work. I was told one thing over the phone when scheduling the appointment but the actual technician told me something different and changed the narrative. Walked the house after he left and it appeared like nothing was done. It’s been better in the past.

First pest control treatment by Ken from Bugman. Communicated very well to setup date / time, arrived on time, and asked me all the questions necessary to do a complete treatment. Very good service! Thanks
