Jacque was on time to my house based on our appointment time. He did a thorough job after he explained what he was going to do today. Notified me when he finished . would recommend him and the Bugman for all your pest needs.
We’ve been using The Bug Man for many years and they have always done a fantastic job. Edit: 10-22-26 The Bug Man continues to do an outstanding job keeping the creepy crawlies out of our home. They go above and beyond to assure that we are satisfied. Thank you very much!
I have use “The Bug Man” for several years and very pleased with the service . The technician was punctual and respectful of my time. He was also courteous and polite when taking care of my home’s pest control needs. Thank you!

Been Using them for a while now they’ve been doing a great job for me from day one. I recommend them to everyone!!
Very professional, efficient & trustworthy.
Very happy with their service, they came out right away and I don’t have to be concerned about rodents in my house any longer
Too many different changes in the actual technician that does the work. I was told one thing over the phone when scheduling the appointment but the actual technician told me something different and changed the narrative. Walked the house after he left and it appeared like nothing was done. It’s been better in the past.
First pest control treatment by Ken from Bugman. Communicated very well to setup date / time, arrived on time, and asked me all the questions necessary to do a complete treatment. Very good service! Thanks
Excellent company..
Love this company especially since they send reminders when next service is due and convenient website to pay for service in advance.
Great experience! Friendly staff and superior customer service. A big thanks to Keara and Reachelle for all of their assistance in making the process seamless
The Bug Man technicians are so easy to work with. Scheduling an appointment with them is easy and they are always on time or they call to let me know they are running late. They always ask if there are any specific problems and listen carefully to everything I have to say. I have never had a problem with pests…
Been using them for years. Love their service and service people!! After years of having the same bug man, he retired “miss you Andy!”. Was a little afraid of getting a new person. She arrived. All went well! Maybe not just a new bug “Woman” but maybe a new friend!!!’ Thank you for hiring great people!
Arranging the service was easy! Brian came out to give us a quote on a termite plan and Jacob came out to start our pest control service. Both were on time and very professional. I highly recommend the Bug Man.

Good
Service was great. Tech was professional and considerate. My only disappointment was they couldn’t guarantee for spiders and no one made him aware of my coupon. Otherwise, they’ve earned a new customer. Update: I’ve been with the company almost a year and rarely see anything inside my home. New tech assigned and he is just as courteous and professional
