We have been with The Bug Man for decades bc they give great customer service and effective pest control at a reasonable price.
Gentleman who provided services for me today was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed.
These guys are awesome!
Tech was very nice and friendly. He explained what and why he was spraying.
Still Going Strong After 7 years of Service!! Thank Y'all so Much Good Customer Service and Good Prices!!

Everyone from the phone call to the technician was very nice and professional.
Very good service great product. I am so far very happy with everything that I’ve experienced with this company. They went above board to help me out.! I recommend them highly so far they’ve been great
Excellent service! Always friendly, very reasonable rates, and always on time. I never find any living bugs in my home. The rep will come between visits if there are any issues. Highly recommend!
Too many different changes in the actual technician that does the work. I was told one thing over the phone when scheduling the appointment but the actual technician told me something different and changed the narrative. Walked the house after he left and it appeared like nothing was done. It’s been better in the past.
First pest control treatment by Ken from Bugman. Communicated very well to setup date / time, arrived on time, and asked me all the questions necessary to do a complete treatment. Very good service! Thanks
Good service. Don’t like new text method of billing. Prefer paper invoice.
Jacob, our new Bug Man, was great! He had no problem with our zoo of dogs and cats!
I am very pleased with the service I receive from Travis my exterminator. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, does a great job taking care of my extermination issues.

I used this company last year just for outside. I immediately thought of them when I was ready to set up service for my house. Once again the service was great! The young lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. And the young man that performed the service was was respectful and friendly.…

I have used The Bug Man for about 20 years and have always been satisfied.
Very professional
Great service and knowledge of the products used. Thank y’all
Highly recommend, helped with my issues really quick. Called me back fast
Easy to deal with. Always prompt
Best pest control I have been using this service since 2017 when I was renting a house. Then I bought my house and I still keeping them. Not more pest at home. You have to do it every 3 months and it will be enoug to live in an environment free of insects
Service was great. Tech was professional and considerate. My only disappointment was they couldn’t guarantee for spiders and no one made him aware of my coupon. Otherwise, they’ve earned a new customer. Update: I’ve been with the company almost a year and rarely see anything inside my home. New tech assigned and he is just as courteous and professional
Great job very good man took care of our problems 👍
Excellent. Thorough
They are always kind, professional and timely. They work with our schedule and if we see movement in-between services, they are but a phone call away.
Eric our exterminator, has been our Bug Man professional for many years. We love the thorough service, the recommendations and most of all the trust that whatever our pest problems, they are dead after Eric leaves, lol. No more spiders, red ants or rats (garage). The convenience is a plus. If we are not here Eric…
