I’ve had a termite contract with The Bug Man for over 30 years. I have the in-ground system which is inspected twice each year. As I wasn’t home for the last inspection, the technician texted me before he arrived at my home and afterwards to let me know he was finished, and also the results of the inspection.
The office workers and techs are phenomenal. Polite and pleasant to deal with. And, importantly, they come when called.
System works good . Service on time and friendly.
The bug man, Mr. Tony is very nice and knowledgeable. They come as often as you need them. They are affordable and make it easy to pay for their services. Never had a pest problem. They are pro pest. They rarely need to come after there is a pest problem. I highly recommend them.
They do a thorough job. Put ant poison around traps to kill the ants so the termites would go to the bait.

I have used the Bugman services since 1980 and I sure do miss Paul but the rest of the family has pulled together and keeping it trucking. I think they do excellent work and have fair prices and willing to give you alternatives if you can’t afford, what’s on the book.
So far I’ve only dealt with them this year, but all the staff has been super helpful, and accommodating! They report I have no signs of termite activity and refilled bait stations. Peace of mind.

Termite stations were installed, but wasn’t being checked on the schedule times.. I called to complain. Then within a few days someone show up and only move the dirt from around the stations, but still not checking them all. I discontinued the service and they collected the stations and a year’s day a half later…
