Scheduled august inspection in September. No call, no show on scheduled appt. Same on the second. I called the morning of third sch visit to confirm. I wasn’t on the schedule again. Finally got my inspection last Friday.

Technician is always on time. After my most recent service I realize that we have to move the brick pavers for them so they can get to the termite bait station in the ground underneath. The technician that services my house is polite and professional. The only issue I have had with this business is communication. In the past my phone calls to the main office were rarely returned.
After purchasing the Bug Man’s Termite installation (25 termite traps installed in the ground and around my house) I managed to cut one off with my mower.
