He was very polite and professional knew I had dogs so called ahead to let me know so I could put them inside. Introduced himself and went right to work asked if I seen an increase in any type of pest.

I really like the "bug guy", Art. He is very thorough and takes care of all my needs. I did not give 5 stars only due to admin making bogus charges to my card for services rendered a year ago. They did remove the charge but if I didn't review all my charges diligently they would have double charged. Not cool.

Friendly, to the point, and able to help at between appointments at no extra cost. Sadly not a 5 star experience just yet, but it's due to lack of communication between the front, customer, and technician.
