Amazing work. Always professional!
He did a great job
On time, professional. Would highly recommend this company for their flexibility, their professionalism, and the fact that I don’t have any bugs ever in the house. They also use a dog safe product, which is important to me.
Service was great as usual. Had a return tech Robert today for our appointment. Robert you where great. In todays world to have someone in our home we can trust and feel safe is a huge plus, You provide that too Very professional but personable.
I want to thank the bugmaster. Mike and his service manager for coming out and taking care of a roach problem that I had. I don't like roaches and they were very professional on time. And definitely solved my problem, thanks, guys.
They were very responsive! Within a few minutes I had someone calling me to ask details of what I was needing for in terms of a service. From scheduling to the actual service it all happened over the span of a couple of days!
Mike is very knowledgeable about his job and the insects he exterminate. I can contact him anytime regarding his work or if I have questions. I would highly recommend him at Bug Master.
