Bug Masters technician Mufasa was thorough, professional, and enthusiastic. He always executes his service as required and pays attention to any request of the homeowner. I couldn't ask for more.

He was very polite and professional knew I had dogs so called ahead to let me know so I could put them inside. Introduced himself and went right to work asked if I seen an increase in any type of pest.

Ecstatic with our service!! Setting it up was a breeze, we communicated with a real person via phone, text and email the whole time, including scheduling follow up services. On time, professional. Would highly recommend this company for their flexibility, their professionalism, and the fact that I don’t have any bugs ever in the house. They also use a dog safe product, which is important to me.

We get service every month. All bugs exterminated! Excellent service for a good price!!

The technician came and treated the tree a chemical dust. He said that should prevent the bees remaining or returning to that area of the tree for at least a year. I loved that they text when they are on their way and an approximate time of arrival. Very professional, social distanced, and work a mask. They were quick and efficient. Set up was easy for scheduling the service and creating the account.
