Bug Masters technician Mufasa was thorough, professional, and enthusiastic. He always executes his service as required and pays attention to any request of the homeowner. I couldn't ask for more.
He was very polite and professional knew I had dogs so called ahead to let me know so I could put them inside. Introduced himself and went right to work asked if I seen an increase in any type of pest.
Ecstatic with our service!! Setting it up was a breeze, we communicated with a real person via phone, text and email the whole time, including scheduling follow up services. We had Mufasa come out for our initial treatment and then a follow up. Mufasa was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn’t have hoped…
The Best.
Sterling did everything that I requested. I was pleased with his service.
Richard is very professional and listened to my concerns. Very friendly and respectful and helpful.
On time, professional. Would highly recommend this company for their flexibility, their professionalism, and the fact that I don’t have any bugs ever in the house. They also use a dog safe product, which is important to me.
👍.
Friendly, to the point, and able to help at between appointments at no extra cost. Sadly not a 5 star experience just yet, but it's due to lack of communication between the front, customer, and technician. It's wasp season as we know and I told the front about having nests and spiders around the outside of the home.…

Mike is my guy and he is very professional and thorough. He found a bunch of wasps for yesterday. Very nice service. He needs a raise!!!
Valerie, our inspector/consultant, was very respectful and good at explaining everything we needed to control and get rid of the termites in our house. I like how she’ll answer any questions you have by text message as well. Also, Daniel, our termite trap installer and regular pest control guy is always very…
This company left a great first impression. I called because we were having a paper wasp infestation. The person who took my call was professional and explained everything to me clearly. They set up my appointment for the very next day. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. They cost less than my last pest…
Phillip came out this month and gave a thorough treatment for my house inside and outside. I totally recommend this company.
Technician was very personable and helpful.
I've had their pest control services for the past 6 months and so far am extremely pleased with the results. Each technician has been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They have listened to my concerns, addressed each one, and fully explained what they are doing in-depth. Since we have been using them I…
We get service every month. All bugs exterminated! Excellent service for a good price!!
The technician came and treated the tree a chemical dust. He said that should prevent the bees remaining or returning to that area of the tree for at least a year. We will watch to see if there is any farther issues. Hopefully there will be no other problems. All of my kids and grandchildren were afraid to be in the…
Quarterly service. Quick, thorough and courteous.
They have always been on time and here when I need them.
Aaron M from Bug Master 's Temple was a lifesaver. We moved our RV that was in storage for a year to our campsite in Temple for a family weekend get away. Little did we know that paper wasps came along. After finding dozens in our trailer and a few stings later we called the highest rated pest control folks in…

Bug Master has gone above and beyond to take care of the insects and pest around our home. Our technician Chris is always very friendly, on time, and goes the extra mile in taking care of any of my most current pest issues. After years of searching for a quality pest company, I’m very happy and pleased to have found Bug Master.
Chris was very professional. He was friendly and answered any question that I had. We will definitely use his services in the future. 5 Stars!!!!
Most professional. Always enjoy talking to the service tech and always has a can do attitude.
These folks were quick, professional, and courteous. I recommend using this company!
We’ve been using BugMasters for a couple of months now. It originally started to treat a flea infestation, which was taken care of within a month! We are flea free! We also have a monthly service plan and the only pests we see are dead! We live in the country so there’s lots of spiders and water bugs, but they’re…
Marcus the representative was a outstanding guy very professional and explain what he was doing the whole time he was here and he help us out a lot thank you
I loved that they text when they are on their way and an approximate time of arrival. Very professional, social distanced, and work a mask. They were quick and efficient. Set up was easy for scheduling the service and creating the account.
Prompt, efficient, pleasant . Called about arrival time and were on time. Same day service! Thanks for all the wasp removals!
There are scorpions in my area and care has to be taken to keep them out of our bome.
Marquis was so friendly and very informative. Took the time to answer my questions very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend
Awesome service! Quick to come back and do an extra treatment when I was still seeing insects.
