Bug Masters technician Mufasa was thorough, professional, and enthusiastic. He always executes his service as required and pays attention to any request of the homeowner. I couldn't ask for more.

He's a true professional, we have had the pleasure of his dedicated service for over 2 years and love it.

Sterling is doing a great job trying to deal with our major issue of spiders. It has been an uphill battle with a new construction home but he is doing h his best to address our concerns.

Sterling did everything that I requested. I was pleased with his service.

Friendly, to the point, and able to help at between appointments at no extra cost. Sadly not a 5 star experience just yet, but it's due to lack of communication between the front, customer, and technician. Very thorough and courteous service by the technician.

Our Bugmaster rep is Phillip and he is fantastic. He is professional, courteous, always on time and does a thorough, great job! He is very knowledgeable and always answers all of my questions. We live in the country and never know what type of critter might show up next —but Phillip and BugMaster are always there for us!

The backyard was sprayed using the canister and not the hose from the truck, which provides a better coverage. The time of the service appeared to be much faster than usual.
