The Cleaning Authority - Appleton & Green Bay

We’ve used The Cleaning Authority a couple years now and consistently receive timely and exceptional performance! Their organizational skills, attention to detail, and “Can do!” positive attitude exceeds all our expectations. We continue to rely on, and look forward to, seeing them regularly. I was very nervous for the first deep clean, but I’m telling you the white glove test passed with flying colors. The girls did an amazing job. The grout in my bathroom is white again 😂

They were timely for arrival and did great getting the highs and lows I cannot get right now. They did good on the tub and stove top, and got most of the pet hair (2 cats and a dog). A bit expensive for what I was expecting, But we were able to work with management to correct things that were missed and came to a…

It was good to have a standard clean done today. Amy always works very hard & she is fast. She gave directions to her assistant & both went to WORK!

I love this company. I have them come monthly. Everything gets a nice clean, but then rooms are on a rotation for a deep clean too. They always do a great job and my payment + tip is deducted automatically. It’s so easy and feels so nice coming home after work to a spotless home. They are also so responsive if you…

We were happy with the attention to detail and overall cleaning. They were pleasant to work with and very efficient.

Highly Recommend! It's nice knowing our house is getting the level of cleaning we would otherwise be unable to obtain without this service. They are very professional and the communication with the app on arrival times and completion times are very helpful!

Great job by the team today! Briar & Shawn were friendly & efficient. The rotation areas of the kitchen & eating area got the extra attention needed. The house looks fantastic & ready to welcome our weekend guests. Many thanks!

Not all of their cleaning teams are created equal, but some are very good. Liz & Raina were great today. The managers and office admin folks are easy to work with and resolve issues promptly. We’ve had this service for 6 months now and it is a good value overall. App is simple and useful.
