We’ve used The Cleaning Authority a couple years now and consistently receive timely and exceptional performance! Their organizational skills, attention to detail, and “Can do!” positive attitude exceeds all our expectations. We continue to rely on, and look forward to, seeing them regularly. On a special note,…
They are considerate, and do a great cleaning job.
They did an Awesome job! Thanks so much!!!
Great Job Cleaning Everything!
Excellent service, safe and friendly!
Absolutely perfect! Lexy and Evie did a fantastic job and were very pleasant.
If you’re into having your toilet paper folded like a hotel go with this company. If you’re into having a clean apartment - go with someone else. Over the 3 years I used them I had to write in and call in numerous times about rooms being left dirty, grout not being cleaned, windows not being wiped down, and a…
I was very nervous for the first deep clean, but I’m telling you the white glove test passed with flying colors. The girls did an amazing job. The grout in my bathroom is white again 😂
The house looks great !
Becca and MacKenzie were very personable and did a great job!
They were timely for arrival and did great getting the highs and lows I cannot get right now. They did good on the tub and stove top, and got most of the pet hair (2 cats and a dog). A bit expensive for what I was expecting, But we were able to work with management to correct things that were missed and came to a…
It was good to have a standard clean done today. Amy always works very hard & she is fast. She gave directions to her assistant & both went to WORK!
I love this company. I have them come monthly. Everything gets a nice clean, but then rooms are on a rotation for a deep clean too. They always do a great job and my payment + tip is deducted automatically. It’s so easy and feels so nice coming home after work to a spotless home. They are also so responsive if you ever need anything. Highly recommend!
The team did a fine job and I am pleased. Efficient. Friendly.
We were happy with the attention to detail and overall cleaning. They were pleasant to work with and very efficient.
Highly Recommend! It's nice knowing our house is getting the level of cleaning we would otherwise be unable to obtain without this service. They are very professional and the communication with the app on arrival times and completion times are very helpful!
The girls,Karen,Liz and Carly did a fantastic job. I am very satisfied.
Great job by the team today! Briar & Shawn were friendly & efficient. The rotation areas of the kitchen & eating area got the extra attention needed. The house looks fantastic & ready to welcome our weekend guests. Many thanks!
Not all of their cleaning teams are created equal, but some are very good. Liz & Raina were great today. The managers and office admin folks are easy to work with and resolve issues promptly. We’ve had this service for 6 months now and it is a good value overall. App is simple and useful.
Amber and Kayla did an awesome job - as usual! Home looks and smells so clean. Thank you! 😊
I have had so many cleaning services throughout the years. With professional companies as well as individuals. None of them came close or were comparable to the Cleaning Authority. If I had to summarize in one word the difference ... Consistency! I have had their services for just about 6 months now. They are…
A painless first experience. Friendly associates. They were understanding of my needs and responsive to my questions. They went straight to business and did some thorough cleaning that would have taken me a MUCH longer time without the help. I'll be sticking with them for a while. Update, 2/6/2025: Two years…
Loved coming home to a clean home. Thank you so much!!!
This was their first visit... they were on time and very friendly. They got right to work and did a phenomenal job. They were friendly to my pets and respectful of the fact I was working from home. Cannot till they come back in 2 weeks UPDATE been using for more than 3 years and still extremely pleased
I'm very pleased with the job done. Amazing how clean my shower doors are now! Top notch! It's always so satisfying to walk into a clean house!
We love when the cleaning team shows up. Always friendly, smiling & ready to get to work. They get the job done quickly, efficiently & most importantly, our house is so nice & clean.
Very friendly, professional and above all did a great job. It is not a luxury. It is a necessity and more affordable than you think.
Always do a fantastic job. Courteous and professional. Most thankful for the service as I am not capable of such detailed cleaning. Highly recommend.
Hayley and Brittany are a perfect team-getting the job done quickly and efficiently!
I have been very pleased with The Cleaning Authority. They are very professional and hard working.. My house always looks and feels wonderful after they leave. The very rare times that I felt something could have been cleaned more thoroughly, I received a prompt and gracious response to make it right. They even…
We have used the cleaning authority for a few years now and have been extremely happy with their services. In a busy life, having the ability to count on them to help get all those extra spots we miss throughout the month is HUGE! Today, Taylor and Laheila were at our home and efficiently, but effectively cleaned…
Always show up when they supposed to and come home to a perfectly clean house!
Ivy & Kenadie have been fantastic! We have tried a number of cleaners since moving to the area and they by far do the best job. The app is also super helpful to keep track of everything!
Fantastic job!!
The crew did a great job. Though and efficient. Wonderful upbeat personalities!
Came home to a very clean home. Very happy with the service
They have an insanely easy and accessible process, are reasonably priced and did a great job with my house! Well worth it and I’m so glad I found them and decided to go with them!
This is a great agency to work with! 😊
I’ve been very pleased with the services of the Cleaning Authority! The gals are extremely efficient and so friendly. It’s nice, when possible, to have the same team clean because it allows them to gain a familiarity with a persons home and you feel a certain comfort when you have the same gals cleaning each week. I…
I've had four different cleanings done by TCA of Appleton, WI so far. All the crews have been friendly, communicative, professional, and thorough. I love that they have an app where I can track my cleanings, see the ETA of my crew, pay, tip, and leave feedback. They are a family-owned business with a helpful…
Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend
Excellent, thorough cleaning.
The service provided was outstanding. Cleaning staff worked very hard, efficiently. Can't wait to have them back.
The Cleaning Authority Team is amazing! Always prompt, very thorough, and their app is so user friendly! We are so happy with our bi-weekly service!
Amber, Kate & Kari and team does a wonderful job all the time!
We’ve had the Cleaning Authority clean our home for the past year. The employees have always done a great job - its wonderful to come home to a clean home. Elizabeth and Brodie have cleaned the past few times and have done a terrific job.
Always on time and detailed in their cleaning!
We have been grateful TCA customers for about a year. We have 2 kids and a dog and both work full time: coming home to a clean house is such a gift. It is easy to reschedule when we need to, as well. The TCA teams always do a thorough, professional job.
Had an initial cleaning and everything looked great after they had left. Attention to detail was outstanding.
I have been with cleaning authority for awhile and love the service. Amber and Kate do amazing work and I love how clean the house is and the attention to detail they are! Thank you for making my life better and easier! One less thing I need to do!
The ladies that come every other week do a fantastic job cleaning our house, and Moriah, Mattea, and Anna were amazing at yesterday’s cleaning! Thanks so much for taking good care of our home!
We’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for bi-weekly cleanings for the past 3 months and love it. We have 2 pets, 2 young kids, and both work full time; having our house cleaned so thoroughly has been an amazing time saver. The small details are my favorite: the kids beds (including stuff animals) are made up…
I have used The Cleaning Authority for the last 2 years for 2 of my properties. I can't say enough good things about MY cleaning team and the management. They consistently do a great job cleaning, they are friendly, very professional, always on time and they go above and beyond for me!! I highly, highly recommend them!
Great team work and great quality of work
The ladies were great! Did a terrific job! Super friendly! Hard working! The house shines! A huge help as we are caring for a family member at home on hospice. Thank you so very much! I would recommend your service to anyone! Thanks again!
Excellent job!
They are fast and efficient. It would be nice to be able to get the same workers each time so that they knew the house.
Bridget and Madison were thorough in their cleaning and everything looks great! I hope they are able to continue as our cleaning gals.
We have been customers of the Cleaning Authority for years and love the service. Shay, Ali and all the staff always add such a nice and personal touch. My kids look forward to coming home from school to see how their stuffed animals are arranged - so cute!
I really liked the women today would like to request every time let me know if that is possible please
Do not expect management of this company to "do what's right" when there is an issue. They are in for the quick hit to get their money and not a long-term partnership. You will get a variety of teams that come into your home and your cleaning will not be at the same level each time. I work from home so when there is…
They were hard workers and very efficient.
Professional, friendly, efficient! An overall exceptional experience.
First use was a deep clean. Did a lot more than expected. 2 ladies did an awesome job and got all of the baseboards, cabinets, and floors, even under the edge of the throw rugs. Nice job!!
First time using The Cleaning Authority of Appleton and they did a deep clean of my house. They did a great job. Even folded the toilet paper into little triangles! Love the attention to detail. Also, left a note of all areas they cleaned. Enjoy being able to pay on the app.
Excellent job today
I was very happy with the outcome!
Professional job very pleased with results, will continue to use.
Mich and Michaela are badasses! Our house is old and doesn’t sparkle easily. They made it sparkle and they were lovely to chat with as well.
Everything looks great. clean and neat!
Our first cleaning service with The Cleaning Authority was great! They did a wonderful job.
Professional, friendly, and did a great job!
Very pleased with the results. Worth every affordable dollar they charge. It's clear the staff take pride in their work. Best money spent on myself and my home in years. Wish I had not waited so long to do this for myself! Lily the Manager answered all of my questions and cleaners did exactly what they listed and then some!
The cleaning crew that comes to my house is always professional and courtesy. Great prices for whole home cleaning. It so nice to come home after a long day at work to a clean house!
I just received my first clean, and I'm so pleased! The two girls were nice and did a wonderful job (very thorough + nice touches). The price is reasonable for the value you receive. I got to meet the man (Jeremy) who started this business at my initial consultation, and he was kind and down-to-earth. Made me that…
They were absolutely fantastic. The house looks amazing!
I have a huge 5000+ sqft home. Because of COVID, my previous house cleaning service stop coming. I waited for almost 8 months before I decided to try another cleaning company. I am glad that I found The Cleaning Authority. They cost a little bit more than my previous service, but I noticed a huge difference. I…
Looks great!
Team worked hard and fast and when they left my house was so much better.
Bailey & Hannah did an AMAZING job with my 1st clean. They are professional, friendly, thorough, listen and really good at what they do! Thank you Caitlan - I am hooked!
