Had an great job done by Chris, Ingrid & Johana . Thank you all.
Today, ... everything looks great! As always, very thorough work.
They are great!
Always friendly and willing to work with us. My wife has mobility and other issues associated with dementia. Your crew is always sensitive to her and works around any issues we might be having.
Pleasant young ladies, quiet, thorough. Thank you.
Everything looks great. ! Johana did an excellent job cleaning my home by herself. Please turn off ALL lights !
Today was my first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority. I am impressed with the service. I love that they have an App and it gives an ETA of arrival which updates as the day goes by so you know when to expect the team. I love that they give a detailed list of what they covered in this visit. I also love that they…

Another excellent cleaning today. The ladies met our expectations and more. I do have a scheduling problem that needs to be resolved. .
Your services are very good! The girls come quietly and get the job done. They seem to work well together. It is too bad that at least one of them doesn't speak English. Sometimes they will have me speak in their phone and it translates for them. As for their work ethics they are great!!
Johana and Alexath did a splendid job today. The house is all clean and fresh.
Ladies were very polite and thoughtful. One could not speak English but was good in her cleaning. They overlooked several places, but as it was their first visit here, that was expected.
These ladies are great!
The ladies arrived in a timely fashion within the hours specified, were very pleasant, and did a good job. Very pleased!
Another excellent job! I really appreciate the thorough cleaning and attention to detail.
Very thorough and detailed. Shower glass is immaculate. Very pleased.
Thanks for returning after not getting my mother to answer door. Girls were very thorough.
Consistently excellent, always attends to the details. Great communication. They are so good, they don't have to trap you in a contract; you want to stay with them!
These ladies always do a great job. It’s wonderful to arrive home to a clean house.
Fabulous as always! The ladies are very professional and always have a positive attitude! They take pride in their work and strive to please the customer. I look forward to their visits, and we always have a great time. What a great feeling!! In just a matter of a few hours I have a well cleaned house, and I’m not exhausted.
Always professional and do a great job.
Today we had three girls come to clean our apartment. They did everything that should be done and did it well. My wife and I are pleased with their work.
Very sharp! Detail oriented. Thanks again for your help!
Love their attention to detail and professionalism. Their prices are very affordable, and it is so nice to know that I'm going to come home after work to a beautifully clean house! Thank you so much Yesy and Yadira.
The team did a really nice job and everything back in correct place. Very pleased. Would recommend!
Update: I have run out of superlatives to describe how happy I am with The Cleaning Authority. My house is left cleaner than I could ever imagine. Had my latest cleaning from The Cleaning Authority, and just like every time before, my house is incredibly clean. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a spotless home.
Maria and Xiomara did an awesome job today. The house looked so good when I got home today. The Cleaning Authority always delivers!! Thank you so much!!
Well done. Very quick and thorough
Excellent cleaning!
Have been using them for a little while now and have had pretty good experiences. Did have one clean that wasn't great but they did send someone out to fix the issue.
Good job
Provided great services with detailed attention and care of hardwood floors and dusting of shutters, etc.
TCA is amazing! They are reliable, professional, and are worth every penny (they’re also reasonably priced). TCA cleans my home thoroughly with attention to the little areas too.
The ladies were all super friendly and efficient and they cleaned really well! I highly recommend them!
The ladies that came were very efficient and nice.
Ladies were friendly. They called CA to translate my conversation to the ladies. My home looks good.
Perfect today!!
Excellent customer service and thorough cleaning job! I hired The Cleaning Authority because I just had major surgery and cannot do the cleaning myself. They did such a great job that I plan to continue the service post recovery: )
We are all so busy these days, but it is such an affordable luxury to have these ladies come to clean your home. They work so hard and everything looks so amazing when they’re done! Call them today!
Very complete and professional job. I can highly recommend them.
They do a very nice job! House looks great! Absolutely love the way they clean! Fast and efficient!
I was hesitant at first to have a company come into my house to clean but I’ve been really pleased with the service they have provided. They have done exactly what they said they would do and then some. The attention to detail has been spot on!
Friendly staff and reliable
The crew today did a great job!
My team of Carolyn & Johana do a terrific job! I always love coming home after they have cleaned. They go above the norm and do things like moving shoes to vacuum thoroughly instead of just going around them. They even make the bed with the pretty pillows I throw in the corner. House always smells fresh, but not like chemicals.
Fast, friendly, professional and thorough.
Great company that cleaned very well and was very communicative on when they would arrive
