The staff are always cheerful and considerate. They are thorough and ask me to check their work before they leave. I also appreciate they notify me when they are close to arrival. Office staff try to work around my schedule if I need to change a cleaning date.

Natalia has been cleaning my home consistently for over a year now. She always does an exceptional job. She is friendly, respectful, great with my dogs, and just a pleasure to be around. Cleaning Authority has always been helpful and very responsive if I have any issues. If there's a spot that's not up to my standards then they will send someone out to reclean it, although I've never had to do this. Our current cleaners leave our house looking neat and clean. Some past cleaners were frequently too early and did not make our beds. Not so now. However, it's become too expensive for us and we may have to go from 2 to 1 day a month soon.

1st time using this service, the crew was on time, polite, very thorough, and able to work around our unique situation. The supervisor came by to check the teams work and answer all questions. We plan on continuing to use their services. Overall, very satisfied.
Love the rotation cleaning to make sure all areas stay clean. My dogs love them and can't wait to see them each week. Love the natural products they use around my house to keep it clean and my dogs safe.
