The Cleaning Authority

The staff did a very good job. Thank you.

Yadira and Brenda did a fantastic job as do all cleaners we have had through the Cleaning Authority! Very detail oriented.

Always pleased with the work of Destiny Maddi and McKaylie

We are very happy with the bi-monthly cleaning The Cleaning Authority provides to our 4000 sq foot house. It is always so good to come home to a nice clean house, especially now that we have a puppy in the house. Ashley and Brittany just left and we are so pleased with how the house looks. They did an excellent… Read full review

Cleaning authority is very reliable and consistent- especially we are very happy Jordan’s team goes above and beyond!

Wow, came home to a splendidly clean home today! Kudos to Naomi and Brittany who did a great job. We’ve been Cleaning Authority customers for almost 20 years - one of my favorite things about this service is their rotation system. Every clean gets the basics done like kitchen and bathrooms, but each visit they… Read full review

Dylan, Jordan, and Natalia are friendly, fast, and efficient, and do a super great job!

We’ve had this cleaning service for several years, and although the crews change frequently, we’ve been happy with the service and their ability to make things right if anything goes wrong. Our most recent cleaning team was Naomi, Adela, and Carrion, and they were great!

Due to the wonderful service we had on our first clean, we are continuing their services! We appreciate the work they did and looking forward to the next time they come. Still a very happy customer in 2025! We have also utilized Cleaning Authority for additional properties.

Natalia has been cleaning my home consistently for over a year now. She always does an exceptional job. She is friendly, respectful, great with my dogs, and just a pleasure to be around. When I changed days, I specifically requested a slot where she would be available. Keep up the great work, Natalia!

The Cleaning Authority keeps my home clean with their every other week visits. In my most recent service, Stormie and Faith left the space fully sanitized. I couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend.

The ladies that came were so nice, thorough, and efficient. They even reminded me of things to be cleaned I hadn't thought of. Literally everything is sparkling clean. Love it!!

Hard working and thorough. Thank you! Shayla and McKenna you’re the best!!

Cleaning Authority has always been helpful and very responsive if I have any issues. If there's a spot that's not up to my standards then they will send someone out to reclean it, although I've never had to do this. The teams are friendly and punctual and there's always great communication. The cleaning teams… Read full review

I’m happy today’s care. Crew did very well. I wish every service will be like today’s. Thank you very much. Our appreciation for the team.

I usually get a good cleaning job when the team is all female. I’d prefer all female cleaning people. Nothing against guys. I’ve just had a much better experience with women.

This company has excellent & professional staff. Thorough, committed and accepts feedback on any changes I need.

Again a top-notch job from an excellent cleaning crew! My home truly sparkles after they worked so diligently. I am very pleased with The Cleaning Authority!

The two ladies that came today, Sandra and Angel, were the best that have ever been here.

Professional, efficient, friendly

Our current cleaners leave our house looking neat and clean. Some past cleaners were frequently too early and did not make our beds. Not so now. However, it's become too expensive for us and we may have to go from 2 to 1 day a month soon.

This group is fabulous!! Our place just shines when they’ve been here!! The cleaners are busy bees, and kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend them!!

Another excellent cleaning. House looks and smells great!

great communication with man agement for several years

Yesterdays team was especially hardworking, very fast, and also pleasant -would like to have them back. Delighted with professionalism.

I’m just curious about the cleaning job cost. I thought it was going to be $250 for deep cleaning. They wrote down $170. So not sure what they did. They did clean the bedroom & kitchen as well as what they indicated. Haven’t checked upstairs yet. So as to the level of cleaning it was very good.

The cleaners were very pleasant, thorough and expertly cleaned my very dirty condo. They really hit all the places where my previous cleaners never touched. I would love to have them come again! Please try and send the same ones again. I especially feel good about the younger, tall young woman whose name I don't remember.

Great service.

Started service Oct 2021. Overall we are pleased with TCA service. Operations manager, Katelyn Wilson, has been very responsive to my concerns and is very professional in all her communications with me. The last 3 times Breana and Clarinda cleaned our home they did an awesome job! Thank you TCA!

I love how fast and thorough they are!

AMAZING!! I had twin babies less than a year ago, and cleaning has become more and more difficult to complete on my own. The cleaning authority did an incredible job…and it was just the first initial clean. So impressed. THANK YOU!!!

Caring, thorough and diligent. I have recommended Cleaning Authority to my neighbors ✅

On a monthly clean. Always great.

Great effort today. Place looks great!

I’ve had other cleaning services, but I must say I was very impressed with the three gals that came and cleaned, they did a very nice job of cleaning!!!

Quite happy with the cleaning of my home today. The cleaners were friendly and did a thorough job. I like the rotation system The Cleaning Authority uses so that my house remains fairly clean in between visits.

Great help keeping up with the cleaning now that I have an active dog!!

Professional work! They do a great job of keeping our messy house clean!

We’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for quite a few months now. They come every other week and do such a great job! The office is always quick to return phone calls and they have always been great at working around my schedule for arrival times. I made a request to have the same team of cleaners come every time… Read full review

Staff was on time courteous and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Everyone was friendly, fast, and thorough

I’m so happy with this cleaning service! Scheduling, payment, clarity about services, etc.! Everything was easy start to finish.

Friendly professionals. My house looks Great!!

This was my first time ever using a house cleaning service. I was amazed at the planning the put into the rotation schedule to maintain my place after the first two deep cleans. I have not been disappointed by the courteousness, professionalism and quality of the work done. I highly recommend them if you are in need of cleaning services.

Great staff and managers!

We've ben using the Cleaning Authority for a few months now, and they're always very professional, and easy to communicate with. The house looks great when they're done.

Very pleased with this service.

Fast efficient thorough house cleaning each time! However, they came later today which caused us a problem with parking in our neighborhood.

Amazing friendly, thorough, easy to contact and even easier to arrange a cleaning with. I looked at multiple companies, and am very glad I chose this one.

Thank you Rob, Elise, and Jaralin! The house looks great. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Cierra, Hillary, and Abbie showed up and did the entire house in one and a half hours. I wish three would show up every time!

Next day I discovered in my living room entry area they removed a wall air freshener from electric outlet & set the oil freshener sideways on my good wooden table. It leaked every where & ruined the finish on my table. They should not have done this. Not happy. I tried to fix it & looks a little better but the wood… Read full review

We've had TCA coming bi-weekly for several months now and it's been a complete lifesaver. They do a great job, we have zero complaints, and it's such a blessing to come home to a clean house after a long day at work.

The teams are thorough, responsive, timely, and pleasant to have in our home. They are a great help and always a breathe of fresh air for this working mom.

The girls did a great clean this last time. They always do, but this last time was especially shiny clean. Thanks.

I was excited to use this service after reading all of the good reviews, but unfortunately after our first cleaning service I canceled all future services with this company. The two people that cleaned our house were not professional (constantly laughing, saying “ewww” and “gross” while in the bathroom, took a… Read full review

We have been using Hillsboro cleaning authority for about 6 months. We LOVE their process! In addition to the cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping and dusting every week, we also receive a one page explanation of what else was done that day. And the sheet tells us what to expect the next time they… Read full review

I have engaged the Cleaning Authority for my private residence housekeeping for several years. The staff and management are professional, responsive, flexible, and respectful. I highly recommend Katelyn and the Cleaning Authority- Hillsboro.

I've started using cleaning authority for a few months now. With a new baby, there's not alot of time to clean. Cleaning authority does a great job at keeping my house clean. I added fridge and oven cleaning too, it was very affordable. They are very professional and responsive. If I ever have an issue, it is… Read full review
