The Cleaning Authority - Norman

I am so happy to find The Cleaning Authority. I have high standards and I feel they have high standards, too, so we are a good match! They have been professional, courteous, respectful and dependable all at the same time. They have a plan and they work the plan. Best of all...the house looks great!!

Today’s cleaning seems exceptional in every way. I’m very pleased with the results of the efforts of Emily, Savannah and Andrea at the end of their long day. Thank you , ladies.

Such a good job, we appreciate Aryanna and Wendy very much. We have a clean, good smelling house and i just want to say, thank you. Cleaning Authority teams are excellent. Thank you very much.

Great job, as usual. Cleaning authority….. great job, appreciate everything that is above and beyond what we expect. Again, great job Brisa, Taliyah and Amene.

Solution-focused to address a stubborn issue! Easy to work with!

Both young ladies went above and beyond today . they did a spectacular job never so pleased as I was today, thanks to both young ladies !

Really appreciate the great cleaning done this week by Emily, Jenny and Rilee. Very thorough and efficient. My dog Otis also likes the fact that they get all of his golden sparkles (dog hair) cleaned up until the next time!😊

We've been using Cleaning Authority for the last year and love the service. Emily, Jenny and Rilee are thorough, efficient and friendly.

I appreciate the friendliness’s and excellent cleaning service of Veronica and Adriana. Always do an excellent job.

The team does a fantastic job. Emily and her crew are the absolute best. My house has never looked so clean. I especially love the job they do each time on my tile floor and shower. Highly recommended.

Emily and her team have been cleaning my home every two weeks for about 4 months, spending at least two hours during each visit to ensure everything is flawless. They are incredibly meticulous. Even with three high-shedding dogs, my floors and furniture are completely fur-free when they leave. I highly appreciate… Read full review

Otto and Sophia did a great job and they seemed to have fun as they worked. Thanks, Ladies!

Emily, Lauren and Jade did an awesome job. I always know I’m going to be 100% satisfied with the job when Emily and her crew is here

Fantastic Job Veronica and Hali. Place looks great when they leave.

Love Veronica!

Brisa, Jade, Veronica and Adrianna did a fabulous job cleaning our home. The Cleaning Authority of Norman is always on time and provides a very consistent, dependable, trustworthy house cleaning experience. Thank you for taking such great care of our home!

The cleaning is sufficient but the scheduling has been more than difficult. I had a question about my charges, no one would l call me back. I had to pretend to be a new customer to get my call answered. Getting on their monthly rotation for a cleaning was very difficult and quite frustrating. We will see how month three goes.

I was at an appointment with my wife. We missed about half of their effort. Luckily, my wife’s sister was here.

The women did a great job

Great experience every single time they have cleaned my house! Expectations are clear and the staff have been fabulous and friendly! I look forward to working together for an extended amount of time. It frees me up to spend my energy in other places or on other needs! Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job

The team did a wonderful job as usual! I love the way my house looks and smells when they are done cleaning. I have 2 hairy dogs and appreciate the job they do! Brisa and her crew always do an exceptional job.

Another great job!😀

They do a fantastic job! I would recommend them to clean your home. You will not be disappointed.

Alicia and Heidi did an awesome job for us today. Very satisfied with their work!

Cindy, Macey, Austin and Xena do a great job taking care of our home! They are thorough and professional. We keep things picked up, but don't always have time to really clean. Having them come by on a biweekly basis is a huge help!

They are always quick and efficient! House is always sparkling clean when they leave.

A team from The Cleaning Authority came to clean my house as they do every two weeks. The ladies were professional and friendly. Thank you Chris and Macey.

It just feels good to have your home cleaned, that's one less thing for my wife to do. They are thorough and don't stop until they are done.

Extremely pleased with the cleaning service provided by Wendy and Chelsea today.

Great job. House feels good!

Becca and Brisa are always wonderful, do a great job, are kind and sweet to our family dog and leave the house wonderfully clean.

Tiffany, Alexis and Jessica did a careful and thorough job cleaning my home on May 8, 2024. They work well with our golden retrievers, including cleaning up the dog hair ;-)

We are very happy with the services. The ladies have a great attitude and are very efficient.

The women were friendly, organized and did a great job!

Same good result as usual. The team did nice work today, so good to come home to a clean home. Veronica is a good leader. Everyone is friendly and goes about their business immediately. Debbie Arato

I love the extra little things they do at times like folding the end of the toilet paper roll into a triangle. It’s like checking into my own personal hotel room. That may seem strange to sone yet I know it’s not artsy through job & they take the time to add a personal touch.

We have been extremely pleased with them! They do a great job. We have had housekeepers in the past, and The Cleaning Authority is BY FAR the best! I highly recommend them!

What a joy it is having the Cleaning Authority take care of my home. Wonderful service always.

Very pleased with the job they do. Employees are pleasant and do a thorough job. I highly recommend them

They were very thorough, also very nice, Alexis is very interactive with myself and 2 19 year old cats, trying to keep them safe in the bedroom and calm. Shey is also excellent. I would recommend the service to everyone.Carsyn is also great!

Two ladies came and were done before I realized. Very fast!

This has been the best company I have ever had. Carsyn and Alexis are AMAZING! They always do an awesome job. Very professional and flexible.

Charlize and Nakita were great. They always do a good job

The Cleaning Authority takes good care of our home. The staff is friendly and conscientious about our clean. Would highly recommend!

Update Apr 2023: Different cleaning team -- The Cleaning Authority crew that came yesterday were excellent. Since things change a lot around my home, I appreciate that Carsyn & Alexis ask about any areas we do or don't want cleaned that day. And they always remember the details. We have a busy cluttered household… Read full review

I had a really pleasant experience with cleaning authority. For my first cleaning Angel, Bella, Char and Jen came over they were very friendly, professional and made sure I was satisfied with their work, I look forward to working with them again!

Great job! Super friendly and respectful to us, our home, and worked around our large dogs. Highly recommended. Good job Bella and Carsyn!

Did a good job cleaning efficiently and thoroughly. When I asked to have one area cleaned that was not on the list they did it quickly. I have two dogs and a cat which did not slow them down but were given friendly greetings. They were a pleasure to have in my house.

Nikita and Jasmine did a great job!

Excellent job by Jen and crew

The team is always friendly and the house looks awesome when they are done.

They cleaned but they didn't straighten items like the bathroom towels. Bed making was sloppy. Our guest/kids bathroom floor was not cleaning. Deep cleaning of the living spaces and bedrooms didn't include dusting items on the wall shelves or on top of bookcases. Stove wasn't cleaned off.

Almost every time they are scheduled to clean, they call and have to reschedule. When they do clean, it is the very least they could possibly do. They certainly do not do any of the "additional tasks" they are supposed to perform, in which they are supposed to pay special attention to an area. For example, they were… Read full review
