Cleaning Authority has been coming to my house for a little over a year and I couldn’t be happier. A team of two or three comes once a month to clean my three bedroom apartment and they are so pleasant, and leave it looking so great.
Everything about the experience was great!
The Cleaning Authority crew does a great job. They are very polite, thorough, and respectful. They work from a rotating list of chores, if there is something not on their list, they are always happy to do it. We have a home office, and they always ask about the best time to clean the office so as to not interfere…
Great work as always—thanks Petra, Julia, and Jenifer! Cleaning authority do excellent work!!! Claudia, Lupita, Alma did a fantastic job!
I’ve been very happy with The Cleaning Authority and will continue to use them. Brenda and Aby did an amazing job with our latest clean and I appreciate coming home to a clean house.
Very good and thorough!
Team #8 Petra & Ericka super nice and do a fantastic job! Also, Ana G., Claudia, Gloria, & Victoria have all cleaned my townhouse and work in unison to keep it beautiful!
Flor and Rubi did a great job all throughout the house. They paid great attention to detail and did it in a timely manner. They were great communicators and professional! Laura from management is also great and takes care of us!
Jazmin and Ana did a fabulous job cleaning my house. They were on time, worked efficiently and checked in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. The entire process with The Cleaning Authority was wonderful beginning with Laura, the manager, who visited my home to give me an on-site estimate. Laura even…
Very responsive office staff. The team that comes to clean always does a terrific job. Maria and Julieta take time to add special touches and make sure everything sparkles!
Excellent service. We’ve had them for a little over 7 months and we are extremely happy with the service and the incredibly amazing people they send. All polite, and thorough in the work they do. Isabel and Petra are phenomenal, and we’ve also had Brianna who does amazing too. Everyone they send is great.
Team 2 - flor and rubi were fantastic!
Rubi and Flor went above and beyond and truly wowed my entire family . As a mother of three young children keeping the house tidy is a losing battle . They helped me get bottles that rolled under couches , cheerios in hidden places , organize clutter , pick up everything , make beds , and really disinfect and clean…
Have used several maid services here in San Diego but this has been the best so far. Professional with company polos, they came in and cleaned the place top to bottom and even the upholstery. Definitely worth the money.
Outstanding service - my home has never looked cleaner; very professional and I highly recommend their service.
Wow Jazmin & Ana were great! This was my first time using TCA (I’ve used other companies in the past) They are definitely my favorite. My place was a huge mess & I just could not keep up, owning 4 pets. They made my apartment spotless within a few hours (this would’ve taken me a week to do on my own) So grateful!!…
The cleaning authority is a wonderful cleaning service. Both Anna and Jazmine are detail oriented and do such a thorough job. They are professional and care about their work. I love coming home from work on cleaning days and seeing my house impeccably clean.
Excellent work and service, Thank you!!!
I'm so grateful for finding this service! I've had 5 cleanings so far and the results are consistently great. I love that I can see arrival time estimates in the app. My crew varies but that has no impact on quality. I'm a very happy customer, thanks TCA!
Great first impression with a very thorough deep clean. Communication and coordination for timing was fantastic, and the cleaners were kind, efficient, and obviously experienced. The entire house was completely cleaned, dusted, and well-arranged, with resort-quality final touches. I'll definitely continue with the…
