Cleaning Authority has been coming to my house for a little over a year and I couldn’t be happier. A team of two or three comes once a month to clean my three bedroom apartment and they are so pleasant, and leave it looking so great.
Everything about the experience was great!
The Cleaning Authority crew does a great job. They are very polite, thorough, and respectful. They work from a rotating list of chores, if there is something not on their list, they are always happy to do it. We have a home office, and they always ask about the best time to clean the office so as to not interfere…
Great work as always—thanks Petra, Julia, and Jenifer! Cleaning authority do excellent work!!! Claudia, Lupita, Alma did a fantastic job!
I’ve been very happy with The Cleaning Authority and will continue to use them. Brenda and Aby did an amazing job with our latest clean and I appreciate coming home to a clean house.
Very good and thorough!
Team #8 Petra & Ericka super nice and do a fantastic job! Also, Ana G., Claudia, Gloria, & Victoria have all cleaned my townhouse and work in unison to keep it beautiful!
Flor and Rubi did a great job all throughout the house. They paid great attention to detail and did it in a timely manner. They were great communicators and professional! Laura from management is also great and takes care of us!
Jazmin and Ana did a fabulous job cleaning my house. They were on time, worked efficiently and checked in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. The entire process with The Cleaning Authority was wonderful beginning with Laura, the manager, who visited my home to give me an on-site estimate. Laura even…
Very responsive office staff. The team that comes to clean always does a terrific job. Maria and Julieta take time to add special touches and make sure everything sparkles!
Excellent service. We’ve had them for a little over 7 months and we are extremely happy with the service and the incredibly amazing people they send. All polite, and thorough in the work they do. Isabel and Petra are phenomenal, and we’ve also had Brianna who does amazing too. Everyone they send is great.
Team 2 - flor and rubi were fantastic!
Rubi and Flor went above and beyond and truly wowed my entire family . As a mother of three young children keeping the house tidy is a losing battle . They helped me get bottles that rolled under couches , cheerios in hidden places , organize clutter , pick up everything , make beds , and really disinfect and clean…
Have used several maid services here in San Diego but this has been the best so far. Professional with company polos, they came in and cleaned the place top to bottom and even the upholstery. Definitely worth the money.
Outstanding service - my home has never looked cleaner; very professional and I highly recommend their service.
Wow Jazmin & Ana were great! This was my first time using TCA (I’ve used other companies in the past) They are definitely my favorite. My place was a huge mess & I just could not keep up, owning 4 pets. They made my apartment spotless within a few hours (this would’ve taken me a week to do on my own) So grateful!! Thank you ❤️
The cleaning authority is a wonderful cleaning service. Both Anna and Jazmine are detail oriented and do such a thorough job. They are professional and care about their work. I love coming home from work on cleaning days and seeing my house impeccably clean.
Excellent work and service, Thank you!!!
I'm so grateful for finding this service! I've had 5 cleanings so far and the results are consistently great. I love that I can see arrival time estimates in the app. My crew varies but that has no impact on quality. I'm a very happy customer, thanks TCA!
Great first impression with a very thorough deep clean. Communication and coordination for timing was fantastic, and the cleaners were kind, efficient, and obviously experienced. The entire house was completely cleaned, dusted, and well-arranged, with resort-quality final touches. I'll definitely continue with the…
I have been bouncing around trying different people out after not having a regular cleaner for a while. They were super responsive to questions and specially scheduled around our child’s nap time. They did a really good deep clean job. I’m looking forward to booking regular service with their deep clean cycle…
The two ladies that deep cleaned my house today were awesome -- very thorough, hard working and efficient. My house hasn't looked this good in years! Looking forward to my monthly cleaning rotation so that it stays this way!
The ladies came in with the equipment and went right to work! They started from with the bathroom and bedroom all the way to the front room to the kitchen! And I mean they came through swift and seemed to know exactly what they needed to do and did it!
Today was our first day/deep clean. They were very polite & thorough. I’m so happy we went with this company. Definitely would recommend. Jazmin & Ana were fantastic. I’m so happy with the results.
Loved them!! Great job 👏
I am so happy I found The Cleaning Authority! We’re expecting our second in a couple months, and I’ve felt so behind on keeping the house clean. Our first cleaning was a couple days ago, and they do a split deep clean across the first two times to get the house to a good baseline. I AM IN HEAVEN. I didn’t know my…
I am always so pleased with The Cleaning Authority and recommend them to all of my friends! I love the professionalism and on-time scheduling. Liz and Arrison did a beautiful job, as always 😉
Great job by 2 ladies.
Ana, Claudia, and Yessica were amazing! They did a great job and I really appreciate them!
The TCA team always does an excellent job. They are thorough and careful, and I’m always impressed with the results. I highly recommend them.
Been using this service for years. They do an amazing job!
Very nice job.
Luz, Alma, and Graciela were very thorough and were able to put up with an anxious bulldog.
Very professional service. They arrived on time, explained what was going to be cleaned, even had someone come by as they were finishing to inspect the clean. Everything was left spotless and I look forward to continuing the cleaning service with them. Highly recommended!
