I really like the ladies who came to clean. They are prompt, thorough and professional.
Detailed and thorough, excellent job! Ashley and Shayna were fantastic. Looking forward to having them back again.
We were happy to have the same two ladies who did such a good job last time. One speaks very good English. They had a third lady with them today so things went even faster.
Julia, Briana, and Claudia did a good job cleaning my house on October 11, 2024. I was especially pleased that they changed the sheets.
We are so very pleased with the Crew of the Cleaning Authority! Our bi-weekly Crew 9 Team of Lupita, Alma and Sasha re very thorough and trustworthy. We live in the Kensington area and so appreciate the details and products they use that make our home and the outside patio feel so clean and fresh for days! We highly recommend them and Crew 9.
The cleaning team were great!! Very professional and extremely efficient.
Satisfied with cleaning. Alicia and Maribel were professional and personable. I would like Alicia and Maribel to clean my home from now on.
Cleaning Authority has been coming to my house for a little over a year and I couldn’t be happier. A team of two or three comes once a month to clean my three bedroom apartment and they are so pleasant, and leave it looking so great.
Everything about the experience was great!
The Cleaning Authority crew does a great job. They are very polite, thorough, and respectful. They work from a rotating list of chores, if there is something not on their list, they are always happy to do it. We have a home office, and they always ask about the best time to clean the office so as to not interfere…

Five years in, The Cleaning Authority is still doing an outstanding job. This morning, while I was taking my grandson to school, Jennifer, Perla, and Jazmin arrived at my house and started to whiz around, doing their magic. In a couple of hours, my 2500 sq. ft. house sparkles. I have them come every 2 weeks -- It…

I’ve been very happy with The Cleaning Authority and will continue to use them. Brenda and Aby did an amazing job with our latest clean and I appreciate coming home to a clean house.
I am writing this review after Claudia, Ana and Perla did a super job cleaning my house. The Cleaning Authority has provided consistently good service over the past 3 years. Cleaning staff are well-trained and do a quality job. Also, I like that uses an app that allows me to track the cleaning dates and estimated arrival time of the cleaning crew.
Thanks for making special arrangements to accommodate our schedule. Petra, Jaquelyn and Claudia did a great job!
I have been a satisfied client for many years. Today Julia and Brianna cleaned my home with the usual excellent service. They deserve a Bonus!

Maria and Julieta did such a thorough job cleaning our apartment today! Thank you The Cleaning Authority! Also, on 6/28/23 Claudia and Ana A did such a thorough and thoughtful clean! I accidentally left my snacks out on the kitchen counter and they put it back in the fridge for me. Thank you!

Nancy and Brianna were assigned to my place for routine cleaning and they did a great job! They were not rushed, they asked if they need to know any details which was very nice, and both did an amazing job. Thanks to both ladies for a great job :)
Over 7 years with this service. Very consistent and professional service from a dedicated owner and staff.
Excellent service. We’ve had them for a little over 7 months and we are extremely happy with the service and the incredibly amazing people they send. All polite, and thorough in the work they do. Isabel and Petra are phenomenal, and we’ve also had Brianna who does amazing too. Everyone they send is great.

As always perfect!!
TCA have done a fantastic job cleaning our apartment on a regular basis. The staff are friendly and welcoming! I'd recommend the service to anyone, especially new parents who don't have the time to keep the place as clean as we'd like 😅
Great cleaning service
Wow Jazmin & Ana were great! This was my first time using TCA (I’ve used other companies in the past) They are definitely my favorite. My place was a huge mess & I just could not keep up, owning 4 pets. They made my apartment spotless within a few hours (this would’ve taken me a week to do on my own) So grateful!! Thank you ❤️
The cleaning authority is a wonderful cleaning service. Both Anna and Jazmine are detail oriented and do such a thorough job. They are professional and care about their work. I love coming home from work on cleaning days and seeing my house impeccably clean.
Jazmin and Ana do an excellent job cleaning my home. They have great attention to detail, are thorough, and reliable.
Excellent work and service, Thank you!!!
I'm so grateful for finding this service! I've had 5 cleanings so far and the results are consistently great. I love that I can see arrival time estimates in the app. My crew varies but that has no impact on quality. I'm a very happy customer, thanks TCA!
Welcome back Laura and Perla, after a long break for the Covid Pandemic 😷. Excellent work today - my house is sparkling clean! Both worked professionally and carefully as they moved through the house. I was also pleased to learn both of the ladies are fully vaccinated- a must in my home. I recommend Laura and…
Great first impression with a very thorough deep clean. Communication and coordination for timing was fantastic, and the cleaners were kind, efficient, and obviously experienced. The entire house was completely cleaned, dusted, and well-arranged, with resort-quality final touches. I'll definitely continue with the…
They always do an amazing job. Been using cleaning authority for a few years
They are so thoughtful about the little touches. I so appreciate all of the hard work. And boy are they quick! I’m very happy with their service.
The cleaning team conducted a very thorough and professional cleaning of our home.
My Mom was visiting so we decided to get a professional cleaning. Their crew of three did a great job on our apartment. I asked for it to be "Mom" clean and it was. They even cleaned the water calcium buildup on our shower head. Ariel at the office kept me updated through the whole process. We'll definitely use them again for at least my Mom's next visit.
Ana and her crew arrived on time and proceeded with gusto to clean the whole house very thoroughly and quickly. The house is sparkling clean and I look forward to the next cleaning experience with Ana Madrigal leading a crew. She’s terrific!
The cleaning crew who is assigned to my house are the best. They listened to what and how I wanted my house to be cleaned. They had the equipment to clean the high ceilings. Plus if I had some concerns, I can just talk to them about it and it will get addressed. Overall our communication is very good and that is…
This service is awesome!
I am so happy I found The Cleaning Authority! We’re expecting our second in a couple months, and I’ve felt so behind on keeping the house clean. Our first cleaning was a couple days ago, and they do a split deep clean across the first two times to get the house to a good baseline. I AM IN HEAVEN. I didn’t know my…
They have taken such great care of our family!! I spent 8 months deployed, leaving my husband with two toddlers. Knowing that my house would regularly be cleaned, without extra stress or work for my husband, was really important in being able to relax. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and I got excellent…
The team is always on time, thorough, and respectful of our home. We’ve been clients for more than a year and have been grateful to have their reliable, contentious service throughout the pandemic. We’ve never been disappointed.
