The Cleaning Authority - San Diego

Alicia and Carmen were wonderful. They were very kind and did a great job cleaning my house.

Julia, Briana, and Claudia did a good job cleaning my house on October 11, 2024. I was especially pleased that they changed the sheets.

Team 9 was here again today (Lupita & Carmen this time), and did another wonderful job!. They are consistently quick and competent, breezing through the condo making everything look spick and span.Thank you as always to The Cleaning Authority and your excellent teams of professionals. I appreciate the consistency…

The cleaning team were great!! Very professional and extremely efficient.

I'm very happy with their service. I couldn't be happier that I signed up with The cleaning Authority. I've had two cleanings already and both times I was quite happy.

Excellent cleaning work and courtesy! Our experience with this new team was wonderful. So great to come home to this excellent professionalism! Many thanks. Brenda Scott-Mead

Cleaning Authority has been coming to my house for a little over a year and I couldn’t be happier. A team of two or three comes once a month to clean my three bedroom apartment and they are so pleasant, and leave it looking so great.

Good service, very polite. Made the penthouse smell so nice and clean without the chemicals. They even made things right when I wasn't satisfied with the last cleaning. Manager showed up. Everything was impeccable. Very satisfied customer

Cleaning great as usual; but out front door was left unlocked. ☹️

Super friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you!

I’ve been using this service for years. They do a terrific job. I like that I can trust them with my house and belongings. Today Flor, Rubi, and Perla cleaned my house and did a beautiful job.

Our cleaning crew was very efficient and thorough!!! So glad we we have them coming! As usual, today everything is nice and clean and smells wonderful!!!

The Cleaning Authority crew does a great job. They are very polite, thorough, and respectful. They work from a rotating list of chores, if there is something not on their list, they are always happy to do it. We have a home office, and they always ask about the best time to clean the office so as to not interfere…

Excellent Service Team 9. I hope you always come to clean my house. Quiet professionalism!!!

They did a great job. My house is so different when it’s clean.

Nancy & Manuela did a great job & provided excellent information! Thank you & our team for your years of service! The above was a previous post?! Perla & Ruby did a great job in dealing with some specific needs. Thank you again!!!

We have been having our home cleaned by the Cleaning Authority for quite some time now. I have recommended them to our neighbor and friends too! They are kind, friendly, professional and not to mention does an AMAZING job cleaning our home. Thank you Ladies!

Great job! Very happy.

Rubi and Sharon(?) (Team #2) get 5 stars from us.

Brenda and Abby have just left our home following our initial cleaning appointment, and we are so pleased! They worked as a team very efficiently and the house looks great.

The girls were awesome. They cleaned like it was theirs. I was totally satisfied I hope I get the same girls back next time.

Cleaners were professional, nice, and very thorough.

Detailed cleaning and wonderful job!

lavanda is the best. They are quick, thorough and have great communication!

Everything looks very nice. Appreciate having professional cleaning at a reasonable price.

Team did a great job. Good attention to detail.

On time, pleasant and capable cleaners, professional quality cleaning.

We just had our first cleaning and oh my goodness, this is going to be life-changing for our family! So professional, thorough and efficient!

Very thorough and professional. I usually get the same people so they are very friendly and used to my dog. They get right to work when they arrive. They do an excellent job and they work very efficiently so I'm not out of the house long.

Flor and Rubi (Team 2) took such care in cleaning our condo. Their attention to detail is so appreciated! Thank you for your wonderful service! Writing another review months later. Lupita, Alma, and Maria did an exceptional job for us yesterday. Cleaned all the bottles in our dusty bar cart and left the whole place…

Three people showed up and they are an absolute cleaning machine.

Marlene. Lizel, and Jazmine were thorough, and detailed our house incredibly well. Our house was quite messy and extremely dusty. The group came in for an initial clean A and did a positively wonderful job on the entire house. My wife and I are very satisfied and would recommend this service to friends and family.…

I have the best cleaners with Nancy and Manuela! I am moving out of my rental and they came in and left the place spotless! So professional and detailed! I will most definitely using this company again and asking for the Nancy & Manuela duo!

Amazing company! I’ve had a few of their cleaners… lately Julia and Petra have been to my home and do an outstanding job! They are hardworking and kind… very professional and always leave my home sparkling 🤩

Today was the first time for Petra and Julia to do a cleaning. I’ve gone around checking the areas; they did a very thorough job and I’m pleased. I would be happy to have them come back.

What an amazing experience! From the first email to today’s first cleaning, the women at The Cleaning Authority are fantastic! I recommend them to everyone!

Sirena and Itzel did an amazing job and were so friendly during the October 14th cleaning. I appreciate them so much! I can’t recommend The Cleaning Authority San Diego more!

Jasmin, Sirena and Shaun came for my first cleaning last Thursday. The cleaning was great and the cleaners were very pleasant. They were happy while they worked which I enjoyed as much as the job they did.

We’ve always had great experiences with The Cleaning Authority — every team does a fantastic job — but today’s clean from Itzel and Marlen was truly outstanding! The attention to detail and care they put into every room went above and beyond our expectations. Everything looks spotless and feels amazing. Please pass…

I’ve recently hired this company to come out weekly and clean my home. The service they provide is not only excellent but they are very quick and efficient. Special thanks to Julia, Petra, Itzel, Adriana, and Erika for the past few cleans!

I’ve used The Cleaning Authority for two different apartments in San Diego over a couple years and they’ve always done a great job. The administration staff (Ariel) is very responsive and helpful. The app pretty easy to use. My most recent cleaners were Marlen and Rubi and they did a nice and thorough job.

Thank you, Marlen and Rubi, for always going above and beyond — and thank you to The Cleaning Authority for having such an excellent team! Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a dependable and high-quality cleaning company.

I loathe cleaning the glass shower doors and stove. Thankfully The Cleaning Authority are there to help. Marlen and Rubi did a great job this week helping to make everything clean and sparkly. A tough job when you have messy cats.

It is so nice to come home to a clean home. I just had one of my bi-weekly cleanings, by Julia, Brenda and Petra. They were very thorough and let me know what areas they concentrated specifically on this week. Having my pooch around during the clean was not an issue. I have an app that makes booking and changes…

Ana and Magnolia cleaned our home until it sparkled! They were pleasant, professional and thorough. Thank you so much for this 5-star cleaning.

Both girls were hard working, careful, somewhat detailed oriented, trying to do the best cleaning job! I found a few small areas which could have been cleaner. Both girls very nice and friendly. Thank you all, including Laura Joanna

Today my kitchen and dining areas received their deep clean while the rest of my house had the standard clean in the rotation. My whole house is sparkling and the kitchen/dining areas had every nook and cranny improved. The team always goes above and beyond, they save me so much time!

Great customer service! Jennifer and Jazmin did an amazing job! My dogs love you too ❤️🐶🐶

The team is always friendly, professional and leaves the house smelling/looking/feeling clean! Marlen and Rubi were here today and did a great job just like the rest of their team does every 2 weeks.

We appreciate the professional, consistent work of Ana, Claudia, and Gloria. If there is ever an item that is somehow overlooked the response has always been prompt.we feel lucky to have them.

Cleaning appeared to have improved in quality compared to previous cleanings.

Efficient and effective and on time. Thank you

We have used the Cleaning Authority's services for over two years and we are very happy with their work. All of the staff are very friendly and polite and work very hard. We have a new team - Ana G, Claudia, and Gloria - they have only been here once, but so far they have done a fantastic job! The manager Ariel, and…

Thank you Flor and Rubi the great cleaning work you did today in my home. The Cleaning Authority is a super company to work with, very responsive, flexible with the areas in my home that need special attention and they are very affordable for the excellent service the cleaning teams provide.
