Our ladies today were exceptional. They had to get in through a sudden downpour and were still smiling and ready to go! We appreciate their effort and hard work!
First clean and it was an initial deep clean of kitchen and bathroom with standard clean of bedroom and living areas. Thoroughly impressed! Looking forward to having them come regularly

The ladies were lovely. They worked quickly and efficiently. They also asked about small details which was nice. It’s so nice to have a good cleaning service. Thank you
Very good. No complaints.
Always a good day when the Cleaning Authority is in the house!
I began using The Cleaning Authority a few months ago when a surgery caused me to be unable to clean for myself. Wow, do they ever do a great job! Caitlin and Alexia always leave my house perfect, and I am a perfectionist so this is high praise. I would recommend them to anyone. They are worth every penny of their fee.
Brandie and Wanda are the best🩷
First day! Great team, thorough and complete. They didn't even complain when the dogs kept walking through the freshly mopped floors.
Really impressed with how clean and organized everything was. There were detailed touches I hadn't expected.

This was our first experience using a cleaning service, so we weren’t sure how it would go. They did a fantastic job!! The ladies were friendly & professional and did our “deep dive” initial clean in just about 3 hours, which amazed me. So glad we signed up, I wish we hadn’t waited
We have had outstanding experiences every time with The Cleaning Authority. Ashley and Maria did a fantastic job today!

Overall a good experience. One room was missed but was corrected right away. Independent inspection was done after the clean. Super friendly and responsive staff!
Consistently good service.
Very happy with customer service and how they actually listen to your requests to focus on certain areas you wish to be cleaned more thoroughly. Great value also!
Always friendly. Do a good job with cleaning. Very satisfied since using them.
It has been 28 days since the last cleaning so the house was overdue for cleaning. However, thanks to cleaners excellent work it is looking great. We are very pleased with their work.
This service is cordial and very well organized. I have chosen this service after 18 years with a previous one that had no organization causing, causing cleaning day to be frustrating. Only request I would mention is “combing” out the fringe on my oriental carpets. Easy to do. High marks to Amber who is the team leader!
Kay and Noel did a great job! I appreciate their hard work and communication about what is really important to me (floors!)
Cleaning authority has cleaned my home for years and I have always been pleased. They do a standard clean each visit PLUS extra detailed cleans of specific areas on a rotating basis. Shout out to Amber and Anna who did an excellent job cleaning my home today!
Due to my recent surgery I was unable to prep very well for ladies coming to my house this visit. I was very pleased w all they did today. Thanks for helping me during this stressful time. Great job!
Very responsive to any concerns I should have. So nice to have a clean house!
This company strives hard to make a commitment to their clients. They are kind and thorough. If they are not perfect, they work hard to fix any and everything they can. To me as a client it’s not about perfectionism. But it is about striving to be the best, and caring for the people they work for. It’s nice to see that in a company today.
Excellent cleaning and housekeeping. Highly recommend!
Great first cleaning! The ladies were so nice, the house looked and smelled great!

Great experience, very professional and accommodating!
Terry and Kay did a great job today. They are efficient and friendly. I’m happy.
Very unreliable. They came out to do my first cleaning and did a good job except one of the woman broke one of my blinds. For the second cleaning I got an alert that my cleaning team was on the way at 8am. No one ever showed up but I' did get a phone call around 4 saying they were too short staffed to do my…
We love Ebony and her partner. They always provide such a great cleaning service.
They had the toilet paper folded into a triangle. The perfect touch to a perfectly cleaned house
With such a good rating I expected it would be great. The cleaners were unprofessional and the owner wasn't available. I put in a complaint about a clean where they didn't step foot in 2 rooms of my house never heard a word back and just canceled all future cleans. Response to this company Wow. The condition of my…
This was my first home cleaning and I am pleased with the service.
