We had Katie and her crew clean a rental house after tenants moved out and left it so FILTHY it smelled. The Cleaning Queens did a fantastic job on the whole house. They literally cleaned every inch of every surface, even inside cupboards and under appliances. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
I am beyond impressed with The Cleaning Queens! Their professional house cleaning services are top-notch. They provided a deep cleaning that left my home spotless, focusing on every detail. The team is incredibly efficient and thorough, using eco-friendly cleaning products which is a huge plus for me. Their window cleaning left every pane crystal clear, and every surface in my home gleamed. The Cleaning Queens are reliable, trustworthy, and always punctual. I highly recommend their maid services for anyone looking for a sparkling clean home. Thank you, Cleaning Queens, for your exceptional service!

I would give Cleaning Queens ten stars if I could because they go above and beyond my expectations every time they clean my home!
They arrived early and did a fantastic job.
After trying 3 different cleaning services over the course of a few months, we began with The Cleaning Queens in the Fall of 2022 and received services through late Spring of 2023. We had biweekly cleanings. The owner, Katie Schohn, came in and did a walk through and there were several service points that Katie mentioned during the walk-through that are routine and regularly included in the cost of their service that had not been covered for us with previous cleaning services - areas of focus that, in our opinion, should always be included. Katie was not only much more thorough in her walk-through, but it was also much easier to customize the cleaning service that we needed with Katie. Katie was very up front from the time of the walk-through about all service details and cost. Our experience with her and her cleaning crew was nothing but pleasant. Every cleaning job that her crew did was EXCELLENT - and with a busy family and three young kids - it was a BIG job every two weeks. Every cleaning crew we had (which was mainly the same crew each time) paid attention to detail, they worked quickly, they were thorough, and they were always very open and easy to communicate with. If there was a specific area of focus on any given visit, all we had to do was let the crew know upon arrival, and they would take care of it. We LOVED their services, and there was a big breath of fresh air and a weight lifted every other Wednesday coming home to a nice, clean home. It made such a difference. In terms of character, Katie and her crew are truly good humans. They are kind, compassionate, HONEST, and have integrity, something that is important to us in who we trust to come into our home and work with us. I always felt completely comfortable having each and every one of the crew members in our home and looked forward to seeing them. We do not currently use cleaning services as our needs changed, but if / when we need cleaning services again in the future, The Cleaning Queens will be the first company that we will contact. I recommend this company without reservation.
