We have been with The Comfort Authority for over 10 years. We have received nothing but exceptional service! Whenever we have had a problem, they have come out the same day or first thing in the morning. When we were searching for a new air-conditioning system, we called many companies and The Comfort Authority was…
Great service, even better people Big shoutout to the team at The Comfort Authority! We just replaced an aging AC unit with them (thanks to Luis for the initial inspection, Derek for the help with the planning and design, and Gary & Shiar for the smooth install). It’s such a relief knowing we won’t be sweating it…
Glenn was awesome. Professional service provided, explained the situation and what he was going to do to resolve it. Always great service from The Comfort Authority
This is the 2 nd time I’ve used this company. Consistently prompt, friendly and professional. Peter repaired the duct work and was wonderful. Claude was the tech who came this time and was so nice and informative. Than you
Always efficient, friendly and great service! Our technician, Chris was fantastic!
Romeo inspected a vent mildew problem on 8/21/23. Discovered a temperature discrepancy and caulked the boot to the vent. He looked through the system for what caused the problem as well as showing me a way to use my AC more efficiently. He was very pleasant to work with. Thank you! Chase Prather was here 12/9/22…
Quite simply, one of the best businesses I've dealt with. Courteous and professional staff, excellent communication and quality work. Edit: Sean provided sterling service this afternoon!
Great customer service.
Excellent service, great system installed and very happy with their service and product. We had an ac system and complete ductwork installed and now being maintained. Highly recommend.
My husband Lynn and I were impressed with the level of honesty and professionalism that we experienced from the Comfort specialists. They worked hard, offered very competitive prices, and made sure the HVAC system was working before they left. We will definitely recommend Comfort AC to our neighbors and friends!! They deserve a 5 star rating for sure!!

We’ve been using the Comfort Authority for a few years and have been very happy customers! We got new ducts and vents and the process was very professional. Due to the age and overall poor condition of our old A/C, we decided to replace the entire system. A home's A/C is vital to surviving the heat and humidity of Florida. We selected The Comfort Authority to complete this critical upgrade to our 1949 era home. Their technicians evaluated our home and made a…
Absolutely the best experience with a contractor in a long time! On time, professional, and quality workmanship! Peter and Andre were very polite, knowledgeable, and worked with a high degree of professionalism. The installation of my HVAC units and ductwork was impeccable! I would highly recommend The Comfort…
I struggled for years to find an AC company that I trusted. I had Comfort Authority install a new AC system in 2019, and they have been outstanding. One thing I’ve noticed is that I am dealing with the same employees over and over, so this is not a company with high turnover and disgruntled employees. All the…
