Both maintenance and repairs were handled very satisfactorily. The use of photos and videos in discussing both the problems and the work done was quite helpful. Both technicians were pleasant to work with.
Ura was a delight to work with. He is professional and very thorough in his inspections and maintenance. He explained every step of the process and went over his findings completely.
Phenomenal Service from Alyssa and James! I had an absolutely amazing experience with The Comfort Authority today! Always very professional and they take the time to make sure that I understand how the A/C system is working and I understand anything that needs to be done to the air handler or condenser. Rick, Gabrielle, Mike, and James have all been great, and I definitely recommend them. I'm updating this review in 2026. I've…

I signed up for their annual service when they saved my butt in the summer. These guys are awesome, super friendly and knowledgeable. Tison came out for my normal annual service and got everything running top notch.
We've been using The Comfort Authority since we moved to Florida 4 years ago and really enjoy working with them. Glenn Sanchez arrived on site at the scheduled appointment time, immediately diagnosed the problem we were experiencing, identified the affected parts, and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Always great service and kindness. Could not be more pleased! Tison was absolutely excellent. He was on time professional, knowledgeable and super informative. I am always pleased with this great company.
I called a well known competitor who i was paying monthly subscription and they couldnt get out until Tuesday. Arthur came out the same day of the call. He was professional courteous, explained and showed me everything that was wrong with my unit and fixed my duct to my bathroom exhaust in the attic. Because of him this company has my loyalty for good.
Alyssa was a great tech. Thorough and professional. I could tell she took great pride in doing a great job!

It was time for annual maintenance on my Comfort Authority air conditioning system. Luis was the technician who came out. He did a great job.
Luis M is a very helpful HVAC tech that has come to my house twice and has great hospitality and knowledge! We installed blue lights and he identified a problem in a new build/new unit (installed by a different company) and fixed it for me. If you can request anyone, request Luis!

We recently had to replace our AC system, and I feel confident that everything was installed correctly and that we won't have any issues with this system. We first had Ura come out to diagnose our broken AC. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. We were struggling to…

Wonderful experience and would highly recommend. Quick turn around when booking appt. Gage was thorough, very knowledgeable and provided great options that would solve my concerns with current system.
Alyssa did a great job with helping to figure out why and how we had a leak from our new AC system drain line. Problems with your a/c never happen when there’s pleasant weather….. This morning, I woke up to 78 degrees in my house. Alyssa was very thorough and did a fantastic job!
All the techs at Comfort Authority are very courteous, thorough and professional. They never try to sell you something you don’t need and explain everything they’re going to do or have done. The entire staff from the reception/appointment bookers to the techs are all top shelf. I’ve been a customer of theirs since…
Comfort Authority made good on their promise to correct a problem without charge that I had with my AC. This happened after a routine maintenance check failed to uncover a problem. I would use them again since they take customer satisfaction seriously.
The worked performed was under warranty for parts and labor. So I paid nothing out of pocket. Both the plumbing inspector, Frank, and the A/C inspector, Tyson, were very professional and performed their inspections inside my home using foot covers to protect my flooring. I was very pleased with their visit and the time it took to repair the A/C.
Alyssa was fantastic. She explained everything she did, showed us pictures, gave us enhancement options both orally and written. She was a true professional!!!
Alyssa was sent for regular maintenance on my a/c. She was very professional and friendly and took the appropriate amount of time for the inspection as well as explaining everything in layman’s terms

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ura! Our AC motor gave out, and he truly went above and beyond our expectations. He stayed late on a Friday evening and did not stop until the job was completely done. You can immediately tell how passionate he is about his work (and very knowledgeable). He was incredibly…
Alyssa was very thorough in maintaining our ac units-both indoors and out. She explained what she had done and quoted the cost of some things we could do in addition to the regular maintenance. We have never had an ac technician who was so good and thorough!
