These guys are great. From sales to install to service, everyone I've worked with or talked to has been great. Very knowledgeable. They care about what they do and about doing it right. I can't recommend them enough. 5 ⭐s all the way. Since my fist post, we've replaced our upstairs AC unit now. Same…
This is the 2 nd time I’ve used this company. Consistently prompt, friendly and professional. Peter repaired the duct work and was wonderful. Claude was the tech who came this time and was so nice and informative. Than you
We were new to Florida so we had no idea who the reputable contractors were for AC maintenance. The reviews online included enough narrative that I decided to give them a try. Overall experience has been extremely positive.
Would recommend for sure. They were fast to respond and did a great job installing. Sales rep was great and installers were all friendly and professional.
Romeo inspected a vent mildew problem on 8/21/23. Discovered a temperature discrepancy and caulked the boot to the vent. He looked through the system for what caused the problem as well as showing me a way to use my AC more efficiently. He was very pleasant to work with. Thank you! Chase Prather was here 12/9/22…
Kind! Friendly! Honest! Affordable! Clean! Professional! Need I say more? Thank you!
Heat not working, Chase Prather, my technician did a wonderful job fixing it! He was on time, and fast and knew what he was doing. Loved him. Thank you so much.
By far the most fair quite for ac in the entire Tampa area. They send you a bio of who is exactly coming out so you know who they are and they are very friendly and professional would recommend to anybody.
On Thanksgiving evening, our AC decided to stop working. The very next morning, The Comport Authority was able to come out and diagnosis the problem and recommend solutions. We elected to purchase a new unit, which was installed by Monday! Andrew Mills and Seth were the techs that came out for the installation.…

Rick was awesome! On time, courteous and such a pleasure :) thank you for resolving the issue so quickly and giving me a few tips in case it happens again.
Billy came out to make sure our AC units were working properly. He did a thorough check and made suggestions for optimal function. He ran into an issue while installing a thermostat however was very quick at fixing the problem.
I had a great experience with The Comfort Authority. The two men (David and Rae) sent to install my new A/C Unit were fantastic! They were really knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and hard workers! I definitely recommend using this company for any HVAC needs you may have!
Due to the age and overall poor condition of our old A/C, we decided to replace the entire system. A home's A/C is vital to surviving the heat and humidity of Florida. We selected The Comfort Authority to complete this critical upgrade to our 1949 era home. Their technicians evaluated our home and made a…
