We had our annual inspection/tune-up today and our technician was Demarr. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail that we could easily understand. He was also very professional, friendly, polite, and respectful of our property. It was a great experience and we hope he’s our technician for future calls.
The service technician, Eric, was competent, thorough, and helpful.
Clogged pipes caused short cycle. He rinsed & vacuumed out the drain lines.
Comfort Authority is best in class when it comes to HVAC installation/ new units and servicing on the front and back end. Eric and Glenn were hands down the best technicians I have ever had. They walked me through every step of the process and did a full debrief after. They took the time to understand my situation and recommend remedies that fit my budget.
Update Mar 2024: They have plumbing service now! It so happened that I got a clogged toilet from one of my nephews throwing a bunch of flushable wipes down the drain (not recommended to do even if it says flushable). I was so appreciative that they sent Eric over to fix the problem. I still highly recommend this…
